Every so often we get a message left on the answering machine and cannot understand it. There is one there now, left yesterday afternoon and I am so sorry but we cannot understand the number. Please call back or send a message if it is you. The line crackles occasionally which makes messages difficult sometimes 🙁

December! This year has absolutely flown over for us so far but such a lot has happened. This is a quick reminder of the office hours 😊

We are looking after your dogs and cats on these days but the office is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Every other day is the same as usual, between 10 and 12 to drop in, by appointment otherwise. Ideally it will help to limit Christmas Eve and New Years Eve to between 10 and 12 but have a chat if you need anything else.

There are few spaces remaining so if you are considering booking, please be quick!

Afternoon all. We have a selection of cages that are unwanted here assorted sizes, some old, others newer. Bought for our dogs and cats to hole up or the van etc. Does anyone want one? Ideally does anyone know of a rescue that would benefit from them? If you are interested just come along to the office between 10 and 12. Thanks ☺️

We are looking for staff. Two very different areas are available.

One is an evening role looking after the dogs in our care. This will involve cleaning as well as playing and interacting with the dogs here. It is a physical role and you must be able to enthusiastically motivate and entertain our guests for up to several hours at a time and in all weathers. No previous experience is required.

The other is more office based. In order to work in the office you do all other jobs too such as cleaning and playing with our guests. We need you to work Saturday and Sunday every week and hours will also be available mid week depending upon business levels. Customer service experience is necessary as is the proven ability to work in a demanding environment.

A single application can cover both roles and job share can be considered. We are looking for the right person so there is no deadline for applications and interviewing could take place as soon as next week.
