Luka is a lovely, vibrant, playful boy. Very loving and loves to snuggle up with dogs or people!
Luka is currently in foster with a child and 3 other dogs with no issues
He had attended some basic training but will benefit from more.
He loves his walks!
Luka's mange (non contagious) flared up a little and he is having treatment for this. It does not hinder him in any way! His last treatment for this will be on Monday 18th July.
Luka was one of the 5 puppies that we rescued just before Christmas. He was incredibly malnourished and very very poorly. It was touch and go for him over Christmas but his foster mum hand reared him and brought him back to health.
His foster mum wanted to adopt him but as he got older, his dislike for cats and rabbits became apparent and he was no longer suited to their household.
Luka is now in a new foster with 3 other dogs and a small child and is doing very well.
He has been receiving injections weekly to assist with his mange and his last injection is Monday 18th July.
He is otherwise a fit and healthy little lad who is waiting patiently for a forever family that he can shower with love.
Luka is very small and is not expected to get any bigger. This is due to his very bad start in life.
As mentioned above, Luka does not like white dogs the same size as him. We believe this may be due to his start in life also as there was very little food and he and his siblings did not/do not get on at all.
Luka has been to several military shows with his foster family and has been fantastic with people and dogs alike. He is also not bothered at all by loud noises!!
Luka is now ready to find his forever home
Our little Luka is having a fabulous time in foster! He's been camping at military shows and his training is coming on marvellously! Here he is having some off lead fun with his ball. Luka's info can be found in our 'dogs needing homes' photo album xx
