•Utilising what we have to help others.

Growing up I wasn’t the best behaved also wasn’t the most academically driven. Over the years I have delved in different types of therapy’s to help channel my anxiety,anger, depression, trauma and grief, but none of the therapy’s have helped me as much as just being around dogs / puppies.
I believe puppy therapy is under rated and in some cases miss understood.The benefits of puppy therapy from my experience are unbelievable.
