S & B Pets Limited is a family run business that was established in 1978. But due to the old market being knocked down we are down to the one shop , in Widnes market. We don't stock live stock. We do stock a wide range of food an treats for dogs, cats , rodents, birds and much more. Also leads bows , shampoos and a wide range of flea products. Are dog beds are only the best quality (gor pets) Also

It is with great sadness that we at Widnes Market have to announce the passing of Agata Rogusz.
Agata has been with us as a market stall holder of ‘Blue Bird Coffee’ since May 2023.

Agata made an instant impression with customers, staff and fellow stallholders from the minute she arrived.
Her friendly, approachable, and helpful manner when running her coffee shop made her a market favourite.
She was never short of a visitor to her counter, for a coffee or a quick chat thanks to her affable nature.
Her smile, talents, enthusiasm, and willingness to help everyone will be a huge loss to the whole market and we will all miss her deeply.

All the staff and traders at Widnes Market are very upset to hear of the sad passing of one of the longest serving stallholders at the market, Pran Prakash Jalota or as he was affectionately known, ’Brian’.

Brian’s stall, selling underwear, scarves and socks and creatively named ‘Knickerbockers’ was a mainstay for over 50 years in both the market hall on Alforde Street and our current location on Bradley Way.

Brian’s sense of humour and cheeky smile earned him a reputation for being one of the happiest stallholders on the market, with a glint in his eye that helped him sell socks to all.

Brian will be sadly missed and we offer his family our condolences at this very sad time.
