I’m currently working through Saturday appointments, please could you check over your dates/times/services and let me know if they’re ok as soon as you can, so I can send out more schedules to other clients. Happy New Year!! 🥳

I’m currently still on my Christmas break and will be back in work on Wednesday 15th January.

I’ve had loads of messages asking for 2025 appointment schedules so just wanted to reassure everyone that I haven’t forgotten, I’ve just been enjoying some time off and now I’m currently sick 🤒 so, I’m slowly working my way through the list.

PLEASE DONT WORRY, I haven’t forgotten anyone, I have a spreadsheet filled with everyone’s requests and requirements and I’m plodding my way through.

I’m hoping to have it all completed within the next week, but you will definitely have them before their next appointments are due.

I will post again once they’re all done.

Emmi-Pet 2.0 Treatments 2025

* Price will stay at £30 a session for those who have regular sessions.
* Price will increase to £45 a session if treatments are overdue, excess plaque needs to be removed via Deep Clean rather than a Maintenance Clean.

Emmi-Pet is a preventative treatment and NOT a cure. It’s IMPORTANT to keep on top of your dog’s oral hygiene routine daily, at home, to prevent a buildup of plaque and tartar reforming.

Prices will increase for treatments where a deeper clean is required over a maintenance clean.

**If you wish to add teeth cleaning on a regular basis, either every groom or every other groom (maximum 3 months) please let me know so I can I add the additional time required to your appointment schedule**

Do yourself and your dog a favour and take care of the your dogs teeth now, to prevent bad breath, rotten teeth and large vet bills later. 🐶🦷🪥

Morning guys!

Just a reminder I’m working flat out for the next couple of weeks, 12/13 hours a day, 6 days a week, back to back appointments trying to get all of your pups ready for Christmas. 🎄🤶

PLEASE help me run as smoothly as possible by arriving on time and collecting your dog promptly after their groom.

If for whatever reason you can’t make your appointment PLEASE be considerate enough to let me know so I can pass it on to someone who is waiting on a cancellation.

I’m off on Sunday so will be continuing with booking 2025 appointments, however I won’t get them all done, PLEASE don’t panic, I will get them done during the Christmas break, you will have them before their next appointment is due.

It’s important that I take the time needed to work out everyone’s schedule to their own requirements to avoid any mistakes… otherwise I’ll end up with ten people turning up for one appointment!! 😆😵‍💫😵‍💫 brain fog has kicked in with a healthy dose of exhaustion so PLEASE bear with me, I promise I’ve not forgotten!! 😊

I will be closed from: Monday 23rd December - Wednesday 15th January

For all my customers who have been pre-booking appointments, as per my last post, I will organise 2025’s appointments over the coming weeks/month. I will message everyone individually to get them confirmed in the diary.

**If you are restricted to certain days/times, please message me to let me know asap**😊

Reminder: I will be working Wednesday- Saturday for the foreseeable.

As per every year, PLEASE be mindful that I’m super busy in December doing all the Christmas fur do’s, teeth cleaning and Pawdicre’s so my time is excruciatingly busy and time schedule is MEGA tight.

PLEASE HELP me run as smoothly as possible by;

* REMEMBERING YOUR APPOINTMENTS (I may not get any cancellations to offer, if you don’t! 🤯)

* ARRIVING ON TIME for your appointments. ⏰ (I allow 10 minutes give between appointments, anything over that will need to be rescheduled. Please note: if you are late, I won’t have time to complete the groom before my next appointment arrives)

* PLEASE DONT ARRIVE TOO EARLY for your appointments. (Some dogs are anxious, I work one-to-one, other dogs arriving during their time can/does unsettle them - especially as dogs don’t tend to wait patiently for my attention! 🤓)

* PLEASE COLLECT YOUR DOGS PROMPTLY after their groom, for the same reason as above.

* Any payments made via transfer: please make on the day of the groom. Chasing up payments after a 12 hours shift, when I’m exhausted is another job I’d like to avoid! 🙏🏻

Thanks in advance for your support again this year, in helping me run as smoothly as possible over the Christmas period, I really, really appreciate it. 🫶

Hopefully this will help clarify answers to your questions regarding allocation of appointments for next year…

CLIENTS WITH PRE-BOOKED ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS:

I will be working on scheduling your annual appointments for 2025 (I know many of you have been asking) over the next month, so if you haven’t already, feel free to let me know what your availability is and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Please note ALL CUSTOMERS: for various reasons but mainly due to my health, I will be reducing my working hours next year, so it’s even more important that you pre-book your appointments as my schedule will be limited.

I will be working Wednesday - Saturday with late appointments on Thursday and Friday only.

As you know, the majority of my clients pre-book for the year, leaving only a few free appointments available for those who don’t. I’m generally booked solid at least 2-3 months in advance, so please bear this in mind, as I no longer have the ability to “stay late” by adding on to my day, to accommodate last minute bookings.

As my time is going to be extremely tight, I will not be able to pre-book customers for annual appointments who are likely to “no show” frequently. To keep my business and time productive and efficient, annual appointments will only be given to those who are able to commit. (Obviously, the occasional last minute cancellation due to life situations is totally understandable and not an issue and definitely not what I’m referring to.)

For those who can’t commit to annual appointments but want to pre-book, I will continue to offer booking 3 appointments ahead, so please don’t worry!! Re-jigging a whole year of appointments because of one missed appointment, will be impossible and time consuming so reducing the amount of pre-booked appointments is necessary, moving forward.

If you are on a schedule and for whatever reason do miss an appointment, please be aware that unless I get a cancellation or I’m able to swap appointments with another customer, you may need to wait until their next appointment date, as again, due to my health, I can’t add on to my working days any longer.

For those of you who have the Emmi-Pet treatments at the time of the groom, please let me know the frequency you want it adding as I will need to ensure the correct amount of time for the appointments.

Please note: Emmi-Pet prices will be increasing in 2025 for those who don’t have regular treatments. The prices will increase due to the increased work needed to be done (plaque build up) if left for longer periods. For best results preventive maintenance is required.

Price will depend on how much work is required at the time of service. Regular maintenance within 3 months, WILL REMAIN at £30 a session.

If you would prefer to book Emmi-Pet sessions as and when, please understand I may not be able to accommodate the additional time required at the time of the groom and a separate appointment may need to arranged.

Hopefully this post gives everyone the opportunity to plan accordingly and receive the best possible, convenient service for 2025.

If anyone wants to message me with their preferences and requirements, feel free to and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

I will be organising appointments for those of you on 3-6 week schedules along with clients on monthly Pawdicure and Emmi-Pet schedules first, then following on with 7-8 week schedules.

Hopefully I will get all the appointments organised and sent out before Christmas but please don’t panic if I don’t, I’m swamped with work at the moment, so may need the Christmas break to finish up, but you will have them in time, before another appointment is due.
