As a dog walker & extreme dog lover, I have to make it ABSOLUTELY clear that there is no breed that I will EVER refuse, no matter their age or temperament.
The hate that the XL bully breed is receiving is heartbreaking and totally unjust. It is not the breed that is at fault but the owners who teach aggression & violence for no other reason than their looks or for some deluded sense of ‘protection’ without proper training or transitioning so they can’t adapt between different environments or stimuli.
If there are any XL bully owners who are scared to walk their dogs for fear of ridicule or harassment following these horrendous calls for a ban on the breed, I encourage them to reach out to me and I will more than happily make time to show them nothing but love and protection while in my care.
Aggression isn’t born, it’s taught.
