That’s a wrap for 2024! 🎅🏼

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and my small business this year and trusting me with your precious babies I really appreciate every single one of you.

It’s been a tough couple of weeks being ill and working so much but we made it 😅 it was heavily fuelled by chocolate but we did it and that’s all that matters 😂.

I’d also like to thank everyone that brought gifts and tips. Most of the chocolate has already gone and I’m sure I’ll make a good dent in the wine in the next day or so 😂 I’m sure you would all love to know that those tips went towards a big shop for Carla Lane rescue to make sure all the doggies get a nice meal and toy for Christmas even if they don’t have a home and family of their own.

Any enquiries for appointments for next year will be answered in the New Year but for now I’m off to groom my own crazy rabble and go for my much needed lash appointment that I have been banging on about for the last 2 weeks 😄.

Hi everyone as we approach the Christmas rush please ensure you are on time for drop off and pick up.

I’m busier than usual and fully booked so if you are 10 minutes late I won’t be able to carry out your appointment.

As for pick up please acknowledge my message once you receive it and if you are late there will be an extra charge as it will affect my next appointment and probably set me back for the rest of the day.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not turn up to your appointment I will require full payment for that appointment before I will book you in again. As you can all appreciate, you wouldn’t like to turn up to work and not get paid.

Please bring cash where you can as I’m sure many of you know my card machine can be temperamental and I haven’t got the time or energy to be chasing payments.

I’d just like to thank you all again for keeping me busy and trusting me to make your babies even more gorgeous than they already are and hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

🎅🏼 Christmas Appointments 🎅🏼

Going through my diary and I only have 2 appointments left for the whole of December and I am already working longer hours to try and accommodate everyone so unfortunately if you haven’t already got an appointment I will not be able to fit you in

As you can all appreciate I have 7 dogs of my own to groom and would like to enjoy the Christmas period without being a headless chicken like I was last year 😂 because trying to do all your Christmas shopping and wrapping on Christmas Eve is not it 😅.

I will have a cancellation list for anyone that hasn’t managed to get an appointment so please message me if you would like to be added but just know that these could be super last minute.

Thank you to everyone that has been super organised and got their self booked in and for keeping me so busy.

The post you’ve all been waiting for 😂

Welcome to the mad house little Olive, I would’ve announced her on Tuesday when she came home but as most of you know we have been arguing over names for weeks so the poor little thing has only just got a name 😅.

She cannot wait to meet you all once she is old enough and has had all her injections.

❗️Important Announcement ❗️

I have kept my prices at a lower rate since I started however now I’ve been open over 12 months I have come to the decision to increase my prices.

It’s not something I enjoy doing however as you all know I use top quality products, which are going up in price as well as bills and I work on a 1-1 basis which not many other groomers offer.

The increase will be around £2 - £10 depending on the dog, its behaviour, size and condition/length of the coat. Some newer clients have already been put on the increased prices but if you’re unsure just pop me a message and I can let you know.

The new prices will come into effect as of Monday 2nd September.

I’d just like to thank you all again for keeping me so busy and trusting me with your fur babies.

Hope everyone is enjoying the lovely warm weather we’re having at the minute ☀️.

Just a quick post to remind you that walking your dog in this temperature is really unsafe, a dog never died from missing a walk but it may die after a hot one, stay safe and keep your dogs cool as best as you can.

It’s a hard life being such a handsome little man 😅🥹 what a lovely first day back with Mason. I’ve groomed Mason since he was a tiny little baby when he came for puppy sessions, this is why it’s so important to desensitise them at such a young age and do things step by step to not overwhelm them. When he first came to me he was a little wild child, like all puppies are, but by taking things at a slow pace and not doing everything all at once he has come to absolutely love the whole process and runs through the door at every appointment 🩵. Also I haven’t got a really hairy arm, if I let go of his chin to wipe my arm he would 1000% fall over, which he does multiple times every groom 😂🐾❤️

Excuse the state of her, she’s had a long day 😅 but have you ever seen anything more ridiculous, she really does think she’s a human 🐾😂 Oh yeah she also doesn’t listen to a single thing I say either, as you can tell 🙄😂

Maverick very much enjoyed his first visit today after a long time waiting for his appointment but he left looking very fresh and handsome 🐾🩵

What better way to celebrate national puppy day than with the handsome little Waffle, he came for his big boy haircut and was a little star! 🐾🩵

Teddy enjoyed his blow dry a little too much, such a little diva but who wouldn’t be with a face like that 🐾🩵
