Great days work last week for a beautiful Sailfin Dragon!

Custom built 5x5x2 Vivarium with full set up including foliage, background and a large swimming area and filter/heater to provide clean and warm water throughout the day.

May have taken the day to fully set up from start to finish but customer was more than happy with the end result and looks like the sailfin was too 😂👌

Rocky Reptiles provides advice and services for customers based anywhere in the UK!

We build custom vivariums to customer specific designs and the vivariums are usually made to pre-order rather than being kept in stock. The vivariums are made of plywood and acrylic doors which can either be on hinges or on a track to slide open. We noticed a lot of posts regarding companies charging an arm and a leg for custom builds so we decided to provide the community with an affordable price!

We charge material costs and shipping along with a labour charge per enclosure, if the order is for 3 enclosures or more then the labour cost per enclosure will drop to £70 each.

Disclaimer Please Note; Any damages that are found by the customer when the vivarium is fully set up by the customer, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement as we can't garuntee that the damage has been done prior to the delivery. Therefor it is under the customers responsibility to replace.

Another ongoing issue we found when researching what services will best fit our customers is when they go on holiday, family or friends can't always take care of their animals... Therefore, once lockdown is over, we will be offering the service to do this for you. We can look after your animals at your home whilst you are away by ensuring they have everything they need, when they need it such as feeding etc. The service price will depend mainly on location. We are based in Leigh, Wigan but will travel no problem.

A lot of exotic species come from warmer, more humid climates so they will require a higher level of humidity. The Chinese Water Dragon, for example, will thrive on humidity levels between 70% and 80% so the best way to maintain this is to install a misting machine or fog machine.

We believe that all enclosures should show their best possible display at all times so to achieve this, we make it our mission to conceal the equipment away from plain sight as much as possible.

We will work with you to come up with the best location for each piece of equipment required.

Basking shelves provide a range of various heat and UVB levels throughout the enclosure. Having plenty of these will ensure your species will grow healthy and be happy.
