We are a fully established Livery yard, offering Full, Part and DIY services. Under new ownership for the past 6 years we are steadily improving life here on our lovely yard. You can find us situated just to the south of Derby, amongst acres of wonderful pasture and mature trees. On site we have:

🥕 Daytime turnout Winter Paddocks (Horses to be stabled over night)

🥕 On Site Kitchen - kettle, fridge, microwave, even a toaster! Tables and chairs to sit and have a coffee while you wait for the farrier! All cleaned professionally twice weekly
🥕 On site Toilet - cleaned professionally twice weekly
🥕 Floodlit, Outdoor, newly surfaced all Weather Menage (harrowed and maintained)
🥕 Lunge pen, newly surfaced with high fencing for all your loose schooling needs!
🥕 Over 2Km of an on site grass riding track
🥕 Local hacking, quick canal access via small amount of roadwork
🥕 Space for Trailer/Lorry Parking
🥕 Seperate, covered, floodlit Farrier Box
🥕 Washbox
🥕 Haynet soaking area
🥕 Hay, Straw and Shavings provided on site
🥕 Knowledgable members of onsite staff
🥕 Full/Part Services can be tailored to each horse/owners needs

So much effort and time goes into maintaining the land, harrowing, rolling, topping, mowing, w**d killing, field rotation etc etc, but being able to see it like this, seeing the liveries having lovely canters round it and seeing how settled all the horses are makes every bit worth it ❤️
