❄️ Our annual fountain freeze is in full effect ❄️

❕Just a quick reminder to our clients that whilst we are experiencing freezing temperatures outside our pet accomodation is heated to around 20°C by our biomass boiler so all the animals are nice and warm while they stay with us❕

Notice to all clients

Newgate Lane

Whilst staff and clients have been able to access the site all this week, the lane has deteriorated throughout today.

We urge all our clients to take extreme care and drive very slowly if you are accessing the site over the coming days.

The cold weather is forecast to continue until the start of next week. Any clients with bookings over this time, that decide not to travel to us, are able to cancel without charge. Although we ask you to please contact us to let us know by calling the office on 01625 525409.
