Kennel Club Assured Breeder of Golden Retriever dogs. Based in Dorset. Breeding since 2004. Her first litter was born in June 2004.

Mindieslodge Golden Retrievers was started back in 2004 when we decided to breed from our much loved family pet, Mindy. Candie is from her first litter and Lexy joined our family in March 2013.

We have now had to close our doors to any more dogs :( We have been struggling for months to find kennel spaces for dogs to come in but at least we have had dogs being rehomed so we have managed to help some doggies although very slowly. However we are now full with so many of our dogs getting little interest or none at all or an odd application that just hasn't been suitable. We have had some dogs returned and have 30 plus dogs on our waiting list to come in so we are now stuck :( Some dogs have been here for what seems like an eternity and it is just heartbreaking to see them day in and day out.
So please keep sharing our pups, it just needs that 1 application to change their lives and give them a chance 🤩

Happy Belated Birthday for yesterday to the litter of 2017, 7 yesterday. Cannot believe I missed it, have a huge amount of making up to do to Ellie today! At least we won’t have to upset her by singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to her, she hates it 🤣🤣🎁🎉🎂🐾🐾🐾🥰🥰🥰🥰

Had a lovely quiet walk at Sandbanks today. The beach was looking amazing just in time for summer. The girls definitely enjoyed themselves and it definitely cleared my head and my sinus from the cold I have for while🥰🥰🥰🐾🐾🐾

Ernie. 12 week old mastiff cross puppy with absolutely no interest. We’ve had applications then people ignore us. What a waste of time !!
