This poor boy had timed up in the pound!

He was being put to sleep

we have squeezed him in !!!

we have decided to call him “ scooby”

scooby needs to be assessed when in rescue but he is now safe!

he now needs castration and vet treatment

Little Elsa is now recovering from her BOAS surgery

she can now breathe properly!

look at the difference in her nostrils!

Her life will now be much easier and she won’t have to struggle for every breath!

This is a massively expensive operation, and a piggy still needs his once the money has been raised.

BOAS is truly a life changing operation for some of these dogs

Little humphrey will be returning tomorrow

absolutely no fault of his adopters, they are heartbroken….

Humphrey was homed with two other dogs, and sadly he’s just become more jealous over his humans over time….

he is homed with a male and a female dog and cats, he is great with cats and the female dog, but gets jealous when he male dog jumps up at his human …..

it’s not fair on the dogs he lives with so sadly he will be looking for another suitable home!

🌟 can live with female dogs.

he is a delight to own and his owners are absolutely devastated 💔

Meet Tinkerbell

she is 11 weeks old and a crossbreed

likely to be medium sized

Tinker has served her 7 days as an unclaimed stray and will now be looking for her forever family

she will need a home with people home most of the time, and willing to house train her ( although she’s doing so well already)

Tinker knows “sit”
and wait…..

she will be a fantastic little dog

very used to children and other dogs

can live with cats 🙂

Brian has arrived!
after a 5 hour journey from up north he is here!

This dog has endured some of the most horrific treatment i’ve ever seen.

These are photos of his injuries healing and having been fed for a week in kennels!

he has had his mouth bound and starved.

he is the SWEETEST dog with not a nasty bone in his his body.

how can people be so cruel!

Brian now smells much better, has a full tummy and is enjoying running around and being loved.

thank you all that have sent Brian food!

Gus is now adopted !!

He’s getting over kennel cough and will be castrated in a couple of weeks when he’s better!

he’s gone to a large breed experienced home where he is an only dog so can have all the love to himself! which is absolutely ideal!

This is Brian

Brian will be coming on Friday as he timed up in the pound and had nowhere to go.

He was “found” and handed into the dog warden .

he has been starved and had his nose bound which has left him with a nasty wound

even after all his horrific treatment he had nowhere to go and would have been euthanised.

Brian will need lots of love and care to build him up , despite his barbaric treatment he is a beautiful soul who loves people and other dogs.

Brian is now safe

If anybody wants to donate any food for Brian this will be much appreciated

Piggy arrived today as an unclaimed stray.

Not only is he totally deaf, he also desperately needs surgery to make it possible for him to be re homed His breathing is horrific!

Piggy is still advertised online for sale 😞

he’s clearly been passed from pillar to post and needs this surgery or he simply cannot be re homed 😞

he is only 18 months old.

I know times are tough financially but I simply cannot fund this myself

I am a very small rescue and try and help as many dogs as I can, I just don’t have the funds.

The reality is, if Piggy does not get the surgery he can not be re homed.

Meet Alfie

He sadly came in to his owner having to go into a care home 😞

Alfie is an older boy but has plenty of life left!

he walks well and enjoys running around.

he is dog social and wasn’t too worried about cats

He doesn’t see terribly well but seems to manage just fine, he is also partially deaf!

Alfie will need a home with an owner around most of the day for company

could live with another dog/ cats

Age to be confirmed on microchip shortly …..

Border terrier x ( he’s bigger than a Border terrier)
