Dear Debbie,
I’m finally getting to write our heartfelt thanks 🙏 for the care you showed our dear Cindy & ourselves, one of the saddest days of our lives saying bye to Cindy 💔🐾🐶🌈.
Knowing that she was being left in your trusted, compassionate arms, along with Marks’, made it easier for us to sleep at night.
Cindy was an ex puppy farm rescue, we adopted her with her bonded pal Jem, 2 frightened belly crawling scraps of little King Charles Cavalier Spaniels aged approx 5 years old. That was 8 years ago & at almost 14 it was time for her to rest & run free over rainbow 🌈 bridge.
It took us a few months from our first phone call to Debbie to finally let her go, at Easter when her back legs had finally had enough & she was tired, ❤️ & vet treatment no longer working, we had to make the dreaded decision to release her free.
The huge void this loveable, funny & sassy little doggy has left is unbelievable. Jem is very lost 😞 as cannot understand where her best buddy has gone; even though she has the company of our other ex rescue Ruby Roo she sits staring at us wondering why? we think, & waits in the garden looking for her 💔 we are doing our best to love & support her.
Sitting with Debbie when we took Cindy to her & afterwards when we collected Cindy to bring her home, chatting & laughing also helped our sad sad loss. Debbie had a very calming effect.
Our dogs are family members to us & like many of you know, their loss hurts like hell 😓💔.
Going forward as we learn to accept our loss we have our loving 🥰 memories of a very special little dog, who loved rolling in the grass having back scratches & snoozing in the sun ☀️. Forever missed & loved ❤️ we were so lucky to have her in our lives 🙏🐾❤️ xx

Sadly we all experience the heartbreak of losing our beloved companions. Here at the rescue we face the pain also from time to time but we cannot recommend this beautiful place enough as They always make our ‘goodbyes’ so much more bearable 🙏

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for the compassion, respect and love shown to us and our darling Lily.
There isn't anyone else in this world that we would entrust her to on her final journey.
You made the hardest time of our life bearable and for that, we are forever grateful.

Dear Debbie
We wanted to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us this year.
Losing three of our beloved family members, Maverick, Flici and Loki was extremely devastating and during such difficult times it brings us great comfort knowing you are there for us and our pets, providing such kindness, care and compassion. Saying goodbye to our animals is such a heartbreaking time, but you provide such a peaceful and calm setting and it truly means the world to our family to know we are leaving them in such gentle and loving hands.
We really can't thank you enough Debbie for everything you do. You are a very special lady. ❤️
