From big businesses to solo groomers we are all greatly affected by customers not turning up to their appointments, especially without giving notice. As a business we have never wanted to enforce something like this, but sadly with ‘no-shows’ increasing we think it is time.
From today forwards: if you do not show up to your appointment without giving us 48 hours notice you will have to pay your full groom price. We then will not be able to rebook your furry friend in until the no-show fee has been paid.
We’re lucky enough to have a system that does send out reminders, however please may we ask that you do not rely on these for remembering your appointment. Like all technology it is not perfect and we cannot be responsible for you missing an appointment only because the reminder may not have got to you.
