Sue was recently asked to help an elderly feral cat at the GBS yard, in Pitronnerie Road, St Peter Port. She is very well fed and has a lovely little house to live in, which was built especially for her. She has not seen a vet in quite a few years, but has now had a thorough check up at Vets4Pets, and she has had some dental work done too, along with flea and worm treatment. Sadly, she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism so she will need medication twice a day when she returns to her stomping ground at GBS, where she is terribly missed by the staff and the boss. This cat is a dear little soul and everyone at GBS has spent a lot of time on her, she is now approachable and can be touched if you are careful. Whilst with Sue, there was a purr from her a few times, and she must be feeling so much better now. The boss at GBS is asking everyone not to feed her, as she must have her medication twice a day in her food. This is really important as without her medication she will feel dreadful again.
If anyone would like to donate towards her dental, bloods and veterinary care that she received you can do so directly by contacting Vets4Pets and adding to our Guernsey Lost & Found Pets account. We would be ever so grateful 🐾

🎄🐾HAPPY CHRISTMAS BUSTER🐾🎄
This is Buster, the semi~feral cat that Sue was asked to trap because the lady that fed him had sadly passed away. Buster was very hissy and scared at first, but as time went on, and due to the fact that he is old, he began to realise that it was nice to be warm, and fed regularly. He eventually showed that he could purr just as well as any other cat. The really good news is that today, Buster went off to his new home with a lovely older couple who adore cats.
Merry Christmas Buster 🐾

** Edit **
This was locally, last week and no they weren’t registered!
Hope the pretty lights were worth it!!
Are 10 minutes of pretty lights worth this?
This beautiful girl was so terrified by the fireworks that she ended up at the vets on a drip! How many nights should she have to suffer?
Please support changes to the law, so that families don’t have to go through the utter helplessness of seeing their beloved pets terrified, night after night.
