HELLO 👋🏻

Many of my patients ask me about myself so here is a little introduction post for those of you who are new to my page:
I am Sara Farina. I grew up in Italy, studied at university in the U.K. (where I completed a masters and a postgraduate degree in human and animal osteopathy). I work in the U.K., Belgium, Poland and Italy.

Osteopathy is a recognised profession in the U.K. so, as I am registered with the British general osteopathic council, I am required to maintain the highest standards of care while keeping up to date with the latest knowledge. I do this by researching the latest evidence and regularly taking part in professional development courses.

I treat horses and riders of all levels, from hobby pleasure riders to international level and take into account the demands of each level when addressing problems in the combination.
Being a horse rider myself, with a background in competing at dressage, showjumping and eventing, I understand first-hand what is required of horse and rider in this sport.

I also lead professional development courses for both human and animal manual therapists in the U.K and Europe.

Hettie!!!! At 6 months her mummy and I finally decided to do her a big girl cut although we really didn't want to! Her puppy intros paid off as she was calm and happy throughout and had already felt clippers and scissors so stood beautifully! How elegant and sharp does she look now 🤩😍

Baby Nellie 5 and a half months and had her big girl groom! Because she'd had 2 puppy pampers already she was totally fine with everything today, she'd already heard and felt clippers and scissors so putting in that effort when they are young pays off🌟🐾
