VET WARNING ❗️ PLEASE SHARE...
Please be aware that vet practices in the Stoke area and surrounding areas are currently seeing high levels of dogs with Parvovirus.
Parvovirus is highly contagious disease that can make your dog extremely poorly and is life threatening in unvaccinated dogs and usually fatal in unvaccinated puppies.
The symptoms of Parvovirus are
• Diarrhoea (sometimes with blood)
• Vomiting
• Lethargy
• High temperature
There are a few things you can do to keep your dog safe and help prevent the spread of the disease. Vaccines are very effective against the disease so making sure your keeping up to date with your vaccines.
If you have a puppy ensure it has had its first and second vaccines before taking your puppy out a week after vaccinations. 🐶

This gorgeous boy has a back story. He has been rescued but is frightened of and reactive to dogs. Life is lovely now in his new home and he is gradually gaining confidence. He took a big step forward on his last visit to Rachel, managing to become relaxed in the presence of our very calm Kelpie Brooke 😀 I just love working with dogs 🐕

Who can resist a scrumpy terrier?!! He is one year old but with lack of socialising in his previous home is very uncomfortable in the presence of dogs, so the salon had to be completely empty, just the two of us... wait, I think thats a song 🎵 ❤️ He loved his visit ❤️
