IMPORTANT NOTICE - Due to a variety of reasons & Lucy’s health reasons we will now be open on Thursdays ONLY for the foreseeable future ❤️

We will be open 9am until 6pm on Thursdays

Any appointments already made for any other days will be being contacted today by lucy to reschedule for a Thursday. Our online booking system will be being updated today too to reflect this.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking ALL future appointments in advance!! As no other alternative days or “squeeze ins” will be offered, and as you can imagine Thursdays will fill up extremely fast!

Also: PLEASE ALL READ THE FOLLOWING:

-all breeder discounts will now be stopped too (full price per dog as of today as discounts will not be viable to do. )

- any heavily matted dogs will be charged an hourly rate @ £25 per hour

- handstripping charges are now £25 per hour

- ANY no shows with no communication will be charged 50% of total amount to book another appointment with us

We understand Thursdays will not be able to accommodate for everyone. Unfortunately this decision has not been taken lightly and apologise for anyone affected by this.

Is your dog friendly with other dogs? If so let us know and they can meet and play with Lucy’s new puppy IVY 💛 She’s loving playing around in the salon and meeting people!

She’s a westie! Lucy is taking her to a westie specialist today to learn more about how to perfect and correctly groom the breed! ❤️ As lucy will be specialising in grooming westies in the future!
