💡 Top tip: Avoid using the Sub-Base Soaker, Ultimutt, or Gel in freezing conditions. Stick to what works, and your lawn will stay fox-free and ready for playtime with the kids!

People say artificial grass is a disaster for bees.
Well this lot don’t think so 😂
40 to 50 thousand bees in 2 colonies living in the warehouse walls!
The bee keeper said our warehouse garden is the perfect habitat for them and to leave them ‘bee’ 😂😂
They’re mostly happy, but with 2 colonies and 2 queens there’s a bit of falling out and flying out!
However it can bee ( I need to stop doing that) a bit creepy in the warehouse if they’re active as the whole building hums and buzzes!!
Despite owning an artificial grass company I’m fanatical about our native wildlife and spend almost all my free time planting native plants that feed birds and pollinators.
It’s absolutely possible to have plastic grass and an abundance of wildlife living together happily ❤️
However 40,000 bees might be too abundant for some!

WEATHER STARTS WARMING UP! 🌤️😎 (sort of…)
You installed ‘pet-friendly’ artificial grass because you were fed up with the mud and mess in your garden. And now, your family and friends are coming over for BBQ… 🥩🍻
And your garden stinks of dog wee. You’ve tried everything to deodorise it. Nothing works! 😫
What can you do? 😱
You need to use an enzyme cleaner NOT disinfectant!
Enzyme cleaners take a few days to get to work, biologically digesting the dog wee and leftover bits of poop that are sitting between the grass blades.
🌤️ Make sure you buy more than you think you need. For a really deep clean, you need to saturate the lawn with a strong solution of enzymes.
🌤️ Apply evenly with a watering can so you can control how much is applied – where.
🌤️ Treat any fences, patios or plant pots that are peed on. There’s no point in having sweet-smelling grass and pongy paving.
🌤️ If it’s really stinky retreat after 5 days.
🌤️ DON’T use Zoflora or ANY disinfectant for 5 days after you’ve used an enzyme cleaner or the disinfectant will kill the enzymes and you’ll have wasted your money.
