When I came across Kate at ‘ On Velvet Paws’ I was delighted that she was happy to take on my dogs as I had struggled to find a groomer with experience of flat coated retrievers. Kate has done an outstanding job with them both and also with my elderly cairn/staffie cross who needs really gentle handling. My dogs are always happy to go into Kate’s salon. They love seeing her and I trust her implicitly.

Kate is a lovely lady and always puts the dog’s welfare first. She is very calm and confident with my German shepherds. Her salon is a calm and stress free environment.
