Boredom Busters! Just a few ideas to keep your pooches entertained or at least distracted for even a little while! 🐶💙🐾🦴 please share your videos or photos from trying these with your dogs - would love to see them enjoying their new games & miss seeing them all 😭
So for anyone that is worried that their dog isn’t the biggest fan of grooming - do not worry! Here is Nia & Mika behind the scenes refusing to get in the bath 😂 hopefully will give you all a little chuckle too!! 💙🐾
Today’s video focuses on bathing your dog - just a few things to remember really when you’re washing your dog at home 🚿🛁🐶 don’t forget to make sure you clean any creases that your dogs may have & make sure they are rinsed & dried properly afterwards so no irritation is caused! 💙🐾
Today’s video is to help with trimming nails! The clippers I use have a little guard at the back so you’re only taking a bit off at a time - would definitely recommend finding a pair similar to these! ✂️ would recommend trimming your dog’s nails in the kitchen or outside just in case you do catch a quick - if this does happen grab some cornflour & pop it on the end of the nail, this will help stop the bleeding!!

Christmas Goody Drawer
IT'S CHRISTMAS 🎄🎁 hope everyone is as excited as I am! Have a drawer full of Christmas treats & bows/flowers all for the grooms happening in December! 🐾💙We also have two Christmas shampoos to chose from too - 🐶Candy Cane 🐶& 🐶Frankincence & Myrrh!🐶
Here is a little sneak peak of the products that will be used at Solihull Pooch Parlour!!
Paw Naturel - All natural dog shampoo & fragrances - no nasty chemicals!! Puppy friendly and no tear formula perfect for those wiggly pups! Sugar scrub smells amazing & works wonders on dog's coat & skin. Nose & paw balm & even a moisturiser for us humans. All these products are tested on humans first!
Mud Baths - Chose from either a de-shedding or soothing mud bath. Applied and then allowed to soak in whilst your dog relaxes in their spa robe! De-shedding helps to shift that moulting coat & the soothing is ideal for those dogs that may have a bit of dry skin or feeling a bit itchy.
Pawfume - Based on popular Perfume & Colognes found on the high street, these Pawfumes are perfect for those special occasions or if you just want your pooch to feel pampered! Contains chamomile and aloe vera which means these can be applied as often as you like without drying your dogs coat & skin out. Brilliant for in-between grooms too - these can be ordered for you to take home!
Blueberry Facial - Great for removing those tear stains around your dog's eyes. Facial is applied & your dog is given a massage for 10 minutes to allow it to soak in & relax! Dogs are always a fan of this treatment & enjoy the taste of it too!
Paw Soak - Part of the Paw Pedicure treatment, this Paw Soak is added to a warm bath that your dog will stand in for 10 minutes. Warm vanilla & oatmeal. Revive your dog's paws!
CO2 Tablets - Ideal for older dogs or any that may suffer with sore joints. Also good for skin conditions such as yeast infections. These CO2 tablets are based on the hot springs that can be found in parts of Japan. Whilst the tablets dissolve carbon dioxide, bicarbonate & hydrogen is released. This helps increase circulation, reduce odour, helps with healing and moisturises at the same time!
