Due to the weather being so hot this week. I am going to cancel my dogs that are booked in,, because it’s not far on them being groomed in this weather

A-bit chilly out there today,

For anyone that’s got dogs booked in this week I’m going to have to reschedule because I’ve got no running water due to all the pipe work be long frozen so won’t be able to do any baths,,

** Business Announcement **

- We have made the big decision not to renew our boarding license this year. We hope to re open our doors next year !

**. Dog Grooming**

- If you cannot make your appointment please let us know at least 24hrs prior to appointment. If you do not cancel and do not show up you will be charged 50% of the groom charge. We are a small business and people not showing up has a huge effect.

- Dogs that come in and are extremely matted ( which I’m unaware of prior to appointment ) you will be charge an extra £10 on top of grooming charge. If I’m unable to get the matts out they will be fully clipped.

- Due to increase in electric prices my grooming prices will be going up in April.

Just a little reminder when your wanting to book your fur babies in to stay with us , deposit needs to be paid ASAP to secure the dates. We cannot hold dates until we get deposits.
Deposits are refundable IF cancelled 48hrs prior to date of arrival.
