She has been having Puppy Introduction sessions to make sure she feels comfortable with the process💕

😁 Great Results from Emmi-pet 😁

Young Ziggy had already started to get a build up of tartar, and he’s not even 2 years old! Sadly it’s a common problem 😞
But there is an answer!
🎉 Emmi-pet Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning 🎉
We suggested Emmi-pet would be of benefit to Ziggy and after just 2 sessions, 2 weeks apart, most of the hard tartar has gone 😮
He will have another session in 2 weeks time and then monthly going forward to to keep those pearly whites in tip top condition 🦷
Emmi-pet dose not require any sedation or anaesthesia, it is noiseless and vibration free and does not even require “brushing”.
To add it to your dogs groom please enquire in advance as it deals require extra time.
Frequent multiple sessions may be required for a more severe build up. We can take care of this at the salon for you, or our Home Hire kit is also available.

✂️ Makeover Day ✂️

A warm Wren House welcome to sweet little Alvin💕
Although he looked full and fluffy on arrival, he had some severe matting down at skin level. This would have been very uncomfortable for him and would have been very painful to try to brush out😞
The only kind option was to clip under the mats and give that coat a healthy new start.
As a Poodle, his coat will grow again very quickly and we will be able to work with his owners to establish their desired look❤️

Alvin may look like half the dog he was but we think he’s rocking his cute new style 🥰 and, more importantly, he left us happy and comfortable 💕

🥰 First Big Haircut 🥰

Lovely little Woody has been visiting Millie for Puppy Introductions to prepare for his first big haircut💕
He has matured mentally and emotionally such a lot in these Puppy Introductions and we could now safely give him an all over trim, while still retaining that puppy cuteness 💗
We are very proud of him 😇

💦 D.I.Y. Dog Wash 💦

Bruno brought his Mum and Dad along with him yesterday so they could give him a bath themselves.
He’s a sensitive boy and feels much more comfortable in their hands💕
He usually gets a bath outdoors at home, so having the convenience of a fully equipped grooming salon was a bit of a luxury 🏖️

She came to see Chloe for her first Puppy Introduction 🫶🏻
Although a little shy she did really great for her nails, which is wonderful for a Dachshund as they do tend to have sensitive little toes

🦷 Emmi-pet Teeth Cleaning 🦷

Ringo was a star for his first Emmi-pet session here at Wren House ⭐️
He has a significant buildup of tartar so will need multiple, frequent sessions to gently wear the tartar away.
Because this can be difficult to manage in busy lives, his owner has decided to opt for Home Hire of the Emmi-pet equipment.
This will enable them to give Ringo an efficient treatment and save them time and money.

Some need extra care, whether it's a complete clip-off or taking things slow to accommodate their sensitivities. Sometimes both! Our priority is a stress-free experience for your furry friend, leaving them mat-free and happy, while our groomers keep all their fingers intact! 💕

💕Hand Stripping Time! 💕

💨 Is that snow? No, just Husky fur!💨 Law the Husky is a little lighter now he has had a good de-shed. This was his first time at Wren House Dog Groomers and Millie eased him in gently with a high velocity blower before a good brush out. He was nicely relaxed throughout and will be back in a few weeks for a bath and repeat de-shed❤️ Forgive the slightly blurry video…where are my glasses when I need them 👓

Book on this treatment on it’s own or add it onto a groom. Please request this treatment before your grooming day as extra time may be needed

Angus enjoying his de-shedding mud bath 💕

GRASS SEEDS This Spaniel has already been thoroughly bathed. Just look how the grass seeds drop out when brushed. See below for more video of how grass seeds hide between toes. These little devils can penetrate the skin, travel through the body and cause untold damage internally. Make sure you check after walks. Brush and check again. Prevent an expensive vets trip and keep your dogs safe.

Archie enjoy’s his spa day😁

Lovely Cairn Terrier, Archie is a older gentleman who loves coming to see us for his regular pamper and trim. He especially enjoys spending a bit of time relaxing in the drying cabinet while warm air wafts around him. He doesn’t really need it as he’s great with the hairdryer, and everything else, but we like to give him a bit of what he loves. See comments for his other photos 📷

Lovely little Poppy is having her 3rd Puppy Pamper introduction to make sure she is totally comfortable in the salon before her first big groom. Here she is enjoying having her hair dried. Very glamorous Poppy!
