Millie, her groomer, who did a fantastic, but hairy, job!

He came to see Millie for his first introduction to grooming and was an absolute star🌟

🤔 To Clip or Not to Clip 🤔

Young Rolo looked gorgeous in a full coat but the longer the coat, the more maintenance there is to do at home between grooms.
Also, those hairy feet just seem to soak up the mud and spread it all around the house 🐾
Having a shorter coat will mean your dog dries quicker if the weather is wet 🌧️ and therefore will warm up quicker.
He’ll bring less debris back from walks 🍂 and his coat will tangle less…leaving you more time for the fun stuff!
It’s never an easy decision but we are here if you want to talk through the pros and cons.
AND we think Rolo looks great in his smart new style 🥰❤️

💕 First Impressions Count 💕 We always love first visits from puppies 🥰 Our gentle 2 stage puppy introductions help them to understand grooming is a pleasurable experience 💗 How adorable is Kobe? He’s having the best time, learning he is safe in Chloe’s caring hands 🫶🏻

❤️‍🩹 A little TLC ❤️‍🩹 At Wren House we believe in compassion and patience in every groom. Not every dog walks out looking like a show dog, and that's okay! Some need extra care, whether it's a complete clip-off or taking things slow to accommodate their sensitivities. Sometimes both! Our priority is a stress-free experience for your furry friend, leaving them mat-free and happy, while our groomers keep all their fingers intact! 💕

💕Hand Stripping Time! 💕

💨 Is that snow? No, just Husky fur!💨 Law the Husky is a little lighter now he has had a good de-shed. This was his first time at Wren House Dog Groomers and Millie eased him in gently with a high velocity blower before a good brush out. He was nicely relaxed throughout and will be back in a few weeks for a bath and repeat de-shed❤️ Forgive the slightly blurry video…where are my glasses when I need them 👓
