The International Society for Feline Medicine (ISFM) is the veterinary division of International Cat Care (www.icatcare.org), a charity dedicated to improving the health and welfare of cats worldwide.
We understand that there are unique difficulties in bringing a cat to a veterinary
clinic:

🐾Cats often do not travel well and feel unsafe away from their home

🐾They are highly sensitive to new sights, sounds and smells

🐾Most cats prefer quiet and solitude and are highly susceptible to stress

🐾Most cats are highly stressed by nearby dogs in a vet clinic

🐾Cats need to be handled gently and with respect in the clinic.

Good Morning
Please be aware that we are having computer and phone issues at both Pet Doctors Woking and Knaphill, we are unsure how long this is going to last.
We may have limited appointment history or no access to your pets medical records.
If you need to book a non-urgent appointment please leave it a few days to call us, once our systems are up and running again.
We currently have no access to our emails.

For those of you who still need to keep your appointment, there may be delays so please allow extra time for your visit as our staff will need to work manually and write down everything to be input on the computer system at a later date.

We realise this will be frustrating for some of you but please be patient.

All of our staff will do everything they can to ensure we run as smoothly as possible under challenging circumstances.
Sorry for any inconvenience. We will keep you informed.
Please share this with anyone you know who is also a client of ours. Thank you
