We have amazing news here at Dogs Jump for Joy 🐾✨

So many of our regular visitors to Dogsjumpforjoy expressed sadness at the thought of us closing. So for them I am delighted to say we are not closing & we would be very happy to welcome you back.
I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused, it has been a very difficult few months.
Dogsjumpforjoy is fully open & welcome you back with your dogs, as usual, to enjoy the freedom runs & security of the field. 🐶🐾🐕🐾🐕‍🦺🐾

So here at Dogs jump for Joy.....🐶❤️

We think we should congratulate everyone for having persevered with the awful weather we have had, to ensure all the dear doggies get their freedom runs. It's lovely seeing them enjoying themselves. Not so for their owners with collars up, hoods & hats on, leaning into the wind & rain. Dare we think of Spring...? Lots of daffodils & blossoms would say yes. Let's be brave!🥰🐝💐🌼☀️🌈

One other thing we would like to mention is the way we have created our enclosure is with emphasis on security. Our car parking 'lock-in' accommodates 2 vehicles of which we must adhere to.
Parking outside the 'lock-in' defeats the object & is potentially putting dogs at risk to escape & we find this unacceptable.
We would be most grateful if this rule be respected by everyone. Security is of paramount importance to us & for you all to be able to relax & enjoy your visit.

I would like to thank everyone for their support & really nice comments about dogsjumpforjoy, its been a lot of pleasure seeing lots of great pictures of doggie runarounds that everyone has posted, as well as the owners, all seemingly enjoying themselves has been lovely to see.🐶❤️

We’ve had new arrivals & birthdays to celebrate & a whole new world for some to experience off lead freedom. There are an awful lot of extremely lucky dogs that have been adopted & rescued by so many wonderfully caring people.🐶🐕🐩🐾

To continue the fun runs we will remain open during the winter months from 8am but close at 5pm now.
We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you. Joyce & Peter🐾

So we had another doggie Birthday girl join us to celebrate her Birthday, her13th 🥳🐶🎂

She has a really lovely big smile & looks very pleased with herself. She has been enjoying a great runaround with her younger housemate & now ready for her relaxation time & a Birthday treat 🦴🐶

I would love to share this story. ❤️❤️❤️

These two pictures could never convey how this dearest doggie was so nervous and very scared indeed when she first came to our enclosure, a couple of months ago now, when we met her and her owners.

With their dedication and patience and her regular visits to the enclosure, she has come on absolute leaps and bounds. Unrecognisably the same dog.
The nicest thing of all was for me to be told that when she arrives at the site and sees me that she is so excited and can’t wait to get out of the car and greet me with the waggiest of all tails. I really couldn’t ask for more pleasure than that. What a lucky doggie to have been rescued from her unhappy life to have the fun and enjoyment of now. Still a way to go but just look at those pictures, they say it all. Credit to her wonderful owners and the work they continually put in. ❤️🐶

This gorgeous girl is our oldest & regular visitor. She is a Very Special Girl called Hattie & came to celebrate her 14th Birthday with us.

She is as good as gold & only comes to keep two others company whilst they have a charge around, she does her fair share but at her pace❤️❤️

She is much loved 🥰🐶

Suzie says......

My youngest dog became reactive to other dogs a few months ago, we're working on fixing it but in the meantime he has to stay on lead for all regular walks. Being able to bring him to this fabulous secure field means I can let him off lead with complete peace of mind. He can run around and wrestle with my other dog or just mooch around sniffing and I can completely relax and enjoy playing with my boys :-)

🐶❤️ Another amazing day☀️🐶

When chatting to our visitors, I am so very pleased to hear about their dogs 🐕🐶 & how many of them have been so lucky to have been rescued by so many lovely caring people. Their tireless perseverance to show love & assurance to a nervous & sometimes disturbed little one, is really touching.

The reward is seeing them settle down & feeling secure in the love in their new homes. It does take time...!🐶❤️🐩✨

FEEDBACK 🐶💗🥰

One lady said the enclosure was great for her rescue dog as he was very boisterous & no understanding of recall. She said he is three years old & a bit of a teenage rebel.

Another Lady said her dog had been attacked by an off lead dog twice & was now very nervous whenever he saw an off lead dog. She is very pleased with the enclosure so she can rebuild his confidence in the safety of the enclosure💗🐶
