We aim to offer a caring environment backed up with specialist knowledge, modern facilities and equipment. The surgery is open during the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday: 11 am - 12:30 pm

Consultations take place between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 9 am - 11 am and 4 pm - 6 pm
Saturday: 11 am - 12:30 pm

Ripley Vets provides a 24 hour emergency service. If your pet requires urgent attention out of our usual working hours, on the weekend and on bank holidays, please telephone the normal surgery number, 01483 222 212. A recorded message will give instructions on how to contact the on-call vet directly. You will be able to book an appointment to see the vet at our emergency centres in either our Cobham or Surbiton. We have had a lovely cat we suspect to be around 7-12 months old brought into us without a microchip that was found in papercourt lane.
Please help us reunite her with her owner.

We have just had a dog brought in to us with a microchip that’s unfortunately not registered. She was found on the Portsmouth road just up from Ripley high street.
Please help us to reunite her with her owner.
If you or know anyone with any information or is missing a dog, please do get in touch.

Our Story

Voo Vets Ripley is located on the High Street, opposite The Surrey Car Company and adjacent to The Half Moon Pub. Local clients often walk to the practice, parking is available in the public car park by The Green, and bus stops are just a short walk away.

Ripley is one of our more recent practice locations, opened in 2012. There are a lot of local memories attached to this practice, previously a saddlery and a jewellers. Much care was given to sympathetically restore, renovate and convert this little gem of local history, to try to respect and retain as many original features as possible. We hope our practice still reflects the character of this lovely village, in the heart of Surrey.

Our Ripley practice offers consulting and minor procedure services. As you help us to grow our Ripley practice, our plan is to further invest in developing additional on-site services and facilities. However, in the meantime, surgeries and diagnostic procedures are performed by the same team, at our Cobham or Pyrford practices, which have the latest operating theatres, diagnostic equipment and comfortable kennels.

Continuous investment is made to better support our highly experienced team, to enable us to offer world-class general, primary, consultation, diagnostic, surgical, specialist services and the very best of care for you and your pets. For more complex cases, surgeries, specialist and 24hr emergency care, we may treat your pet in our near-by hospital in Surbiton. Complimentary transport is available, if needed, to Cobham, Pyrford and/or Surbiton.

As a family owned and run group, we love looking after the local pet community and take a great deal of pride in being able to make a difference to you and your pets. We commit to always doing our best, to support what is right for you and your pet.

Our clients tell us that coming to see our specialist team can make a big difference, sometimes a life-saving one, so we offer a free 2nd opinion service. Other complimentary services include; advice on how to choose the right pet for your family, free puppy and kitten checks and tailored health care plans. Our aim is to help you and your pets live life to the full.

As well as our clinical expertise, our team is friendly and approachable – you are always welcome to pop in to see us, call us, or contact us via social media. If you have any questions, or are concerned about your pet in any way, we are here to help. We look forward to seeing you and your pets soon.

Our Hospital

Our hospital is the most advanced facility and the only fully integrated service in the area. With a world-class specialist team and dedicated 24hr emergency team, our hospital services support all 7 practices within the Voo Veterinary Group: Battersea, Cobham, Pyrford, Ripley, Surbiton, Wandsworth & Worcester Park.

Our hospital facilities include; separate dog, cat and isolation wards, an intensive care and trauma unit, two surgical theatres, imaging suite, endoscopy and key-hole surgical stations. Our experienced clinical team includes; general/primary care services, specialists in many fields and a dedicated 24hr emergency team. The team works seamlessly together, to ensure your pets always have to access to the best possible care, 24 hours a day.
