This is Perseus.

Perseus is proving how wonderful Lick-e-lix is (thank you for all of your kind donations of this recently)

Perseus is available for adoption and would love a home where he is free to come and go as he pleases - a farm or stable yard would suit him well.

Perseus is now on a diet as he's eaten too much Lick-e-lix 🙈

Please adopt Perseus so he can do some exercise and lose some weight!

Please share far and wide!!

Sadly, last week we had a cat abandoned at the centre, unfortunately before we found the carrier, the cat had escaped.

His name is Blackie, so we are assuming he is all black.

We have been trying our best to see if he is still hanging round at Millbrook, we have used a night vision camera to try and see him (we haven't), and we have been setting a trap to see if we can catch him.

There has been one sighting of the back end of a cat (who seemed to be all black) on our land, and one hearing of a cat on our land also - so we are still hopeful that Blackie is hanging around.

However, last night we caught this chap in our trap. Very unlikely to be Blackie (due to his colour), but as he is not chipped we do not know his name or who he belongs to.

So, please can everyone share this post so that we can find his owner (who is hopefully very local to Millbrook), so we can reunite them, and chip him before he is returned, as this is now a legal requirement for cats.

Kevin has been nominated to inform everyone that we are, again, running scarily short on lick-e-lix.

With so many cats on medication we go through it really quickly (it's great for hiding pills in!) and of course it is also a great treat for the cats especially our more nervous ones.

If anyone wishes to donate to our cats, we would really appreciate it.

This young male entire cat was handed in to us this afternoon, found in the road outside Chobham Golf Course (so very local to us!).

He has an injured back leg, nothing too serious, but he may have been clipped by a car.

He is on kennel rest and pain relief to help him recover, but in the meantime can everyone share please just in case his owner is looking for him.

We have called him Stanley ❤️
