CAT - STILL MISSING.

Yesterday I received a false sighting of Socks, although I was sad that the photo sent to me sadly proved NOT to be him 😢, it’s also reassuring to know that people are still looking out for him and checking in with potential sightings 🙏🏻.
He’s been missing two years now, but was incredibly nosey and had been known to climb in neighbours cars before so he could have been transported anywhere.
I still strongly believe he is out there somewhere, it would just be comforting to know where, even he is has now found a new loving home.

We’re not giving up but it’s now two years since our lovely cat ‘Socks’ went missing very shortly after we moved to Woosehill (Wokingham) from Sussex. Looking at maps in the area I really really don’t believe he could have gone too far and we have no evidence to suggest he has died. He is microchipped and neutered.
Have you seen him in your neighbourhood, are you or one of your neighbours feeding him in good faith???
The not knowing is just awful. We would obviously LOVE to have him safely back with us, but if someone else is now loving him as a family pet then we would just like to know where he is and that he is OK.

LOST CAT - WOKINGHAM

STILL MISSING since 15/04/21

Our beautiful cat Socks has now been missing from Wokingham in Berkshire since April 2021.
We had just re-located from Worthing, West Sussex and the 2nd time we let him out of the new house he chased a squirrel over the back fence and was never seen again 😢.

We all miss him so much and never give up hope of finding him but know he could be anywhere by now. We have checked with the occupants of our old house 70 miles away but we know he has never made it back there.

Perhaps he has been visiting you for food and you didn’t realise he was lost? perhaps he has appeared in your street or garden because one of your neighbours is feeding him??

We are desperate to find him and would be happy to pay a reward for any genuine leads.

Any sightings please let me know 🙏🏻

STILL MISSING - WOKINGHAM

It’s exactly ONE YEAR today since Socks went missing from our house in Reading Rd, Wokingham (Woosehill) 😢. He is microchipped and neutered.
We have had no evidence of him being killed in RTC etc and still hope he is out there somewhere and possibly someone in the Wokingham or surrounding area is feeding him.

We miss him every day and would still desperately love to have him back home with us 🙏🏻

STILL MISSING - WOKINGHAM (WOOSEHILL)

All I want for Christmas is you!

Socks is still missing from Woosehill/Winnersh area of Wokingham since 15th April, I know it’s a long shot but it would be the best christmas gift ever to get him home.

We were brand new to the area when he went missing so I honestly don’t believe he would have got in a vehicle and been transported, I think he simply got out and got lost! 😢

It could well be that someone fairly local has been feeding and caring for him over the last few months, but it just takes one person to see him and get him microchipped.

The last ‘unconfirmed’ sighting of him was on the grass verge of the Spine Road on the opposite side to Morrisons, but this was a few weeks ago now.

We would be very very grateful if people in and around rhe Wokingham area could continue to look out for him and let me know of any potential sightings.

Thank you 🙏🏻

2 CATS MISSING FROM WOKINGHAM

Socks (left) and Bo-Dee (right) are both missing from different areas of Wokingham. Socks had been missing since 15th April and Bo-Dee since 5th July.
They are both very similar in description, both of them tabby & white with the white streak on their noses and both have identical leg markings - a distinctive long white ‘sock’ on their left legs and a short white sock on their right leg.
Please look out of them both and if any potential sightings then please try and get a photo if you are able as both myself and Bo-Dee’s owners would easily be able to identify or eliminate them.
Thank you

Today is ‘International Cat Day’ - there is nothing we would like more than to bring our beautiful cat Socks home. I 100% believe that he is still alive and out there somewhere, it just takes one person to recognise him and take him to the vets and get him scanned, or even get Cats Protection to come out and scan him.

Do you know someone who has recently gained an adult stray cat matching his description.

Do you know a person or even an organisation who may be feeding a stray cat (they love nursing homes, builders yards, railway stations, even crematoriums etc)

Have you seen a cat looking a little lost in your area over the past few weeks?

Socks went missing from Wokingham on 15th April, we had just moved from Worthing, so he ‘may’ have tried to make his way back between the two, or he may have got into a vehicle and been transported somewhere. So he could quite literally be anywhere.

MISSING CAT:
It’s 3 months today since Socks vanished from our new home in Wokingham and despite extensive searching and even hiring the services of a professional pet detective, there is still no sign of him.
We know he could have wandered much further afield by now (we had moved up from Worthing 2 wks earlier) or been transported somewhere. So would be grateful to anyone who looks out for him. REWARD for safe return.

He is very distinguished legs, with one short white sock and one longer one.

MISSING FROM WOKINGHAM, BERKSHIRE

Despite extensive searches and engaging the services of Pet Detective UK our much loved cat remains missing.
All we can do now is to rely on the power of social media, the eyes of the general public and his microchipped eventually being scanned.

We moved from Worthing to Wokingham 2 weeks before he went missing so there is still that possibility he may have tried to make his way home.

PLEASE SHARE and please keep your eyes out for him - Thank you 🙏🏻

Several people have very kindly sent possible sightings of Socks in and around the Wokingham area, however most of these Tabby and White cats have had pure white legs.
Socks’ legs are quite distinctive as they are brown with one long white sock and a little short one!
We are truly grateful that so many people are still looking out for him. 🙏🏻

In the last 24 hrs there have been potential sightings in Old Forest Road and Owl Close, both in Wokingham but quite some distance from one another. I have looked in both areas but so far no sign of any cat in either location which matches this description. If you are in either area, please do keep a watch out.
REWARD for safe return.
Thank you.

PLEASE SHARE:
Our beautiful cat ‘Socks’ has been missing from the Woosehill area of Wokingham since 15th April 2021. We have only just relocated to the area from Worthing and it was only the 3rd time he had been outside of the new house when he disappeared.
We have searched extensively locally but with no confirmed sightings and after 4 weeks he could be anywhere by now - maybe even trying to make his way back to Worthing.

Socks is almost 2 years old, he is neutered & microchipped but was not wearing a collar.

He has quite distinctive front legs which are brown with one long white sock and one short one. He is also very long.

He was always very friendly and affectionate but by now he may be weak, scared and disoriented. Please contact me with any possible sightings, we are desperate to bring him hone safely.

CASH REWARD for safe recovery and return.
