Well that’s a wrap of another great camp! A massive Thankyou and well done to all our riders it’s always such a pleasure to teach you all and well done making improvements in your flat work. As always Thankyou to my partner in crime Gemma Sayers, who knew after our first camp during Covid we’d still be enjoying hosting camps together 🥰 Thankyou to our fabulous organiser Jo Iremonger and lastly to my mum (Mark Walters) for your amazing catering and enduring the dreaded tent and air bed this weekend (sorry I haven’t got a lorry at the moment! But we did have some giggles 😂) look forward to seeing you all again soon x

Such a massive well done to my client Andrea sparks and her stunning horse Kazan who totally smashed their area festival today with a 5% win at addington today. Andrea has caught the dressage bug! Originally called in to help her daughter in her eventing journey, Andrea has well and truly now started her own journey and I couldn’t be more proud of her 🥰

A massive well done today for Michele Hill today winning her novice by 10% 🥳 and Chloe Peterson winning her elementary by over 6% 🎉 (michele coming 2nd with a very respectable 68%) my ladies rock 💪💪

To add to my growing list of national champions at pony club, British riding clubs and British dressage Andrea sparks and the lovely Kazan have today become British riding clubs overall national prelim champions 🎉🎉🥳🥳🍾🍾 Andrea has toured the country with her 2 daughters and their ponies over the years and in May of this year decided to pick up her reins and start competing for herself, after just a few lessons Andrea caught the dressage bug and now there is no stopping her, she works really hard both in her lessons and on her own, a well worthy champion, and a note to all the other lovely mums out there, it’s never too late to ride your own dream ❤️

Feeling incredibly excited to announce that Athos and I have been selected to represent the South East U18 BE100 Championships at Bishop Burton beginning of August. Having only owned Athos for 8months, he really has made my dreams come true in such a short time. I am forever grateful to this horse for giving me these opportunities. I am also thankful for the the ongoing support from my trainers Dawson Dressage and Gemma Sayers and of course my Mum who takes me everywhere and constantly supports me. Well done to every one else who made the team.

A super start to the year with everybody keen to work hard. Some amazing results so far with wins for Lucy harrower, Sarah Dadds ,and Lola dance. Chloe Peterson coming 4th in a big class at Wellington on her young horse in only her 2nd test! Phoebe Murray on her new horse winning at combined training and Trisha smith at keyso coming 7th in a close scoring area festival. Can’t believe it’s only half way through January! Really enjoying working with all my clients new and old, seeing what you can all achieve in 2022. Also really looking forward to mine and Gemma sayers jubilee celebration camp in June which I believe will be the best one yet! Roll on lighter nights, warmer days and lots of competitions 😊

What a week! Busy with back to back teaching, some great work and progression form my clients which always makes me happy and truly makes me satisfied in my job, pictures of some of my great clients this week, Madi amour with the lovely Smirnoff, Leanne raffel with Eros, charlene firm with 5yr old Bally and Katie Wilson and the lovely Delia! Camp with my good friend Gemma sayers sold out in a record 55mins with a huge waiting list really was the icing on the cake this week 😊 happy days 👍

So it pains me to say! But due to the cost of living rising, from 1st January 2022 my charges will be going up by £5, I also need to add a few policies, any bacs payments need to be paid 24hrs in advanced, any cancellations within 24hrs need to pay 50% unless I am able to replace, any cancellations within 12hrs will be charged in full unless replaced. Travel costs will now be payable at 45p per mile at a distance over 10miles from RG401EH unless I have a group of 3 more. Unfortunately with especially the rises in fuel I need to do this to continue to be able to offer the flexibility I do x

Busy weekend at camp this weekend 32 horses in total 😬 some great combinations, lots of smiles and a few tears ( happy tears) the feedback I’ve had back really makes me realise I am doing a job I love 😍 that’s the end of Gemma and my training days/camps for this year but keep an ear out for our dates for 2022 😊

A great week, Phoebe Lisa Murray gaining a 1st in a very competitive elementary at Wellington and a 68+ test in the medium, Trisha smith winning again in the novice against some hot competition at Wellington, Sarah Dadds winning both her classes in the unaffiliated at Wellington, Chloe Peterson smashing the dressage in her novice class with a 24 in the dressage, one jump down and still coming 2nd at the south of England event and Ashley Harrison not having the best in the dressage but going clear in the XC 4* at little down ham after her big fall earlier in the year! Couldn’t be more proud of you all 👏👏👏👏🎉🎉
