Side Saddle National championships 2024, what a weekend, loads learnt, and had great fun. At the start of the season Dotty was somewhat of a bit of a challenge, so I set myself a goal to work out how to make her a less of a challenge 🙈. The championships had it's own challenges but we worked them out to achieve our best show .
2nd Elementary
2nd World breeds
4th Coloured class
8th Contemporary Ladies.
2nd Team Dressage.
All in all, not bad at all 😁.

Love using my fascia tools, helps me get a quicker response from the muscles/fascia, meaning improved muscle recovery, increased range of motion which in turn, gives enhanced athlete performance. By releasing trigger points and reducing inflammation, muscle/fascia tools can provide pain relief and can be incredibly relaxing, helping to relieve stress and promote relaxation.

As you can see the dropped lipomitter on Fuzz is showing all the above benefits 😁.

Bumble has asked me to do a post as she is fed up of me complaining to her🤣.
When having out a saddler please make sure you ride in front of them, your horse or pony may be the type that changes shape during static fit and ridden fit. Some horses have minimal changes however the majority do change shape when ridden.

I feel very privileged to be able to travel around the country visiting the military stables, today I visited Thorney Island, Emsworth for a Bitting consultation and a Physio session, yesterday I was at Sandhurst, working with the Armed Forces Equine Charity, with their regular Physio sessions, and the Hunt horses, physio and saddle fit.

The Dropped Lipomitter was out again this week ❤️🐴
This was post treatment of PEMF (Plused Magnetic field therapy) and a Full muscle realignment from Equine Touch.

Love my training days, with Physio I need to have 25 hours of training to stay registered, so on a regular basis I find different training/cpd courses to keep me updated with the latest information. Today was an Equine Touch review day. On the review day we worked " on the move" had many discussions and had a fantastic saddle fitting talk.

I love watching the facial expressions on your horse's, Prince has clearly had a great session with great responses, especially at the end when he had finished processing. Beth Lucas

Pinot getting some real feel good vibes from her physio session today. She had the PEMF unit, followed by the fascia tools and finished with a full Equine Touch session.

🐴🐴 Science experiment 🐴🐴 Dropped lip omitter Duffy is very kindly helping me with a new science project. Working out which therapy pad provides the lowest or longest dropped lip. The two therapy pads that we are using today is the PEMF pad and the Red Light Therapy pad. As you can see from the video the conclusion is that Duffy feels that the RLT, Red Light Therapy pad has the biggest dropped lip.

Some great reactions from Bella today, with some feel good vibes, self adjustment (body shaking) and then full relaxation with a sneeze. Bella had a full physio MOT, PEMF machine followed by me releasing her fascia with my Fascia tools then finished off with a full body Equine Touch session. Think she is now ready for the season ahead 😁

Most of the machines I have for the horses usually join us to benefit my horses. Dotty clearly loves my new Red Light Therapy pad. I bought the pad after reading all the research about them, first started looking at heat pads and what benefits it would have for Dotty. Dotty doesn't like any of my massage type machines/pads, so I was looking for something else to help relax the muscles behind her saddle before we ride. I feel the RLT pad is definitely doing it's job❤️🐴

What happens when I treat your horse? Most of the horses I treat have a session with my pulse magnetic field therapy machine to re-energise the batteries, then I use my Spoon/fascial edge tool to help me with tight, restricted, bedded down, tough tissue and the release of trigger points. I then finish with a full muscle re alignment, using soft tissue release and Equine Touch. Check out my video 😄.
