Please be aware, due to unforseen circumstances, the clinic will not be open at 8am as planned this morning (Monday 17th June). We are working hard to get the clinic open as soon as possible.

The lovely black cat who was abandoned in his box last week has had his teeth fixed and is ready for his forever home. He's a shy boy but very sweet natured. Currently at Nine Mile Vets. Up to date pictures to come. If anyone is seriously interested in giving him a forever home, please contact Nine Mile Vets within business hours on 01189 733466.

This sweet boy has been brought in by a member of the public. He was found in a lay by on Forest Road. No chip, collar or identifying features. He was in a cat carrier with some biccies. If this is your cat please get in contact on 01189796060 as we want to help him and would like some background information.

🚨Dear clients, we are continuing to experience problems with our phones and computers. If you are waiting for lab results, the vet will call you as soon as they are able to review the results, if you have a non urgent request or query, please call the clinic later in the week. If you have a booked consultation with us this week, you are welcome to attend the consult as per the booking however if it is not urgent and you are happy to wait, please call the clinic as usual on 01189 796060 to cancell you appointment and we will call you once the systems are up and running to re-arrange the appointment. Our vets will do their utmost to provide best care as usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be patient and we will aim to take your call at the first possible opportunity.

🚨🚨 OUT PHONE AND COMPUTERS ARE DOWN 🚨🚨

UPDATE (03:30am): Our phone is now working, however it is being diverted to our practice mobile so we only have one line available. We are currently still unable to access our computer system which includes our emails, however, anything non-urgent please email through to the email address below and we shall hopefully be able to respond once our systems are back online:

Unfortunately, we are suffering from a system failure at the moment. We are working hard to get this resolved but please bare with us - in an emergency please contact another out of hours supplier until we are up and running.

Young black male cat, entire, no chip, no collar. Found in Woosehill, one of the roads near Morrisons (finder was not local and not able to provide us with a road name).

He was brought into the clinic last Thursday. Sadly, he had passed away before he was found. We had someone come forward that same evening who believed this cat to be theirs.
Amazingly, their cat returned home this week, but it sadly means we are still looking to find the owner of this young cat.

As sad as this is, we would like to give closure to the owners of their beloved pet and allow them to rest in peace.

We've had a very sweet little terrier handed in as a stray. She is chipped but details are not up to date. She was found in Hurst. She'll be spending the night at our Nine Mile hospital and will be collected by the dog warden tomorrow. It would be lovely to reunite this little lady with her owners, as someone must be missing her. ***Edited to add that this is not winnie sadly***

This little man has been brought to us as a stray. He has been fed by neighbours for several years as a stray cat in emmbrook. He doesn't have a chip and is male and un-neutered. He's pretty thin and elderly and not in a good way. Please call us on 01189796060 if you recognise this cat.
