Today we went to the PATS trade show!!! Our very first one as a new salon!! And it was fantastic!

If you love the way your dogs smell when they leave the salon we will have bottles of the perfumes on sale in the salon 🐾 We also sell a variety of different brushes within the salon for you to buy so feel free to come and browse ❤️

Really enjoyed today got to see the lovely Ralph who just gets better and better each groom!!! To think he used to be so anxious ❤️ then Arnie the very well built dachshund!! 😂 next was my boy Bruce who was super confused that today wasn’t his walk day with me it was his groom day 😂❤️ and lastly the baby having her first groom she’s now super fluffy!!! And a walk in toy poodle who was a little worse for wear came in a brown colour left a cream colour 😂😂 so privileged to get to do the job I do ❤️❤️

As previously mentioned via text and email we have begun allocating 4 recurring appointments in advance!

🐾 if the appointment days/times are not convenient for you, please feel free to contact us and we can work around you!

🐾 if you would like to not use Poich Empawrium for your fur baby could you please inform us and we can remove you from the booking system

🐾 Your £20 deposit will be needed at the latest a week before your allocated appointment date, you may be at risk of losing your appointment without communication.

🐾 Your £20 deposit is per dog if two dogs are booked in from the same household on the same day, it would be £40 deposit

🚨NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS
Good evening all!! In the last three months alone there has been no shows and same day cancellations which in total have cost the salon £500!

I am a small business and obviously no shows and late cancellations really do impact my ability to stay afloat.

So there are some important changes to be made effective immediately.

🐾 each booking will now need a £20 non refundable deposit to secure (can change booking 48hrs before! If 24hrs before appointment you will lose your appointment and deposit)

🐾 6 recurring appointments will be allocated in advance coinciding with your pets regular time slots, these appointments can be changed but must be done in advance

🐾over due grooms will be contacted 3 times and will then be removed from the list as customers are waiting.

Your £20 deposit will be deducted from your groom total.
