A big thank you this morning to our visitors that sent us messages over the weekend about dog poo left in the fields, and very kindly picking it up for us, it’s a shame to have to mention it again, but it really isn’t fair on others to leave it behind, other dogs run through it, we have families with their kids using the facility, PLEASE have a bit of pride and clean your s**t up! It wouldn’t take long to work out who is doing it. Just been on a Monday morning poo patrol, so we can start a fresh clean week.

‼️⚠️ remember, we don’t take NO s**t!! 😉🙏🏼 ⚠️‼️‼️‼️‼️🐶

Also thanks to Wendy n Nigel who help us, and to ‘Tel the cable tie mon’ who sees a bit of loose fence and fix’s it, and to Jan for telling the gate needs adjustment, We’re very lucky to have such a great bunch of regular visitors,

MHH has been running for three and a half years now, and we absolutely love it, lovely people, lovely dogs, but in that 3+ yrs, we have stayed away from putting negative subjects on Facebook, because we have always said that we don’t want rules, except for ONE,

‼️💩 PLEASE PICK YOUR DOG POO UP AFTER YOU, AND TAKE IT AWAY AND DROP IT IN A BIN‼️⁉️💩🐶

Unfortunately not everyone is doing that lately, we have had a few comments from people saying that they have picked up poo that’s been left behind, and that really isn’t fair!

The reason we ask folk to take it away, is simple, it keeps our costs down, we aim to be cheaper than any other dog facility for the foreseeable future.

If you take your dogs elsewhere for a run on a beach or park etc, you would be doing the same, pick it up and put it in a bin, our guests have 1 dog, 2,3,4 maybe, that’s a quick clean up, if we didn’t ask for it to be taken away, MHH would have half a ton of dog s**t to dispose of once every 6-8 weeks, and that is expensive s**t!! We would have to invest a lot of money into the whole waste disposal system, something we don’t want to do.

SO, Please help us to keep our prices down, and pick your poo up, it’s unhealthy and unfair to other guests and their pooches,

We are planning a few upgrades during the course of 2025, making the parking better, mains water up to the fields, somewhere to swill muddy pooches and hopefully a field shelter for both fields and lights for next winter.

Thank you to everyone that continues to visit us, but remember the one rule,
