A quick update for my lovely customers
I am still in hospital hopefully I will be home soon
I understand some of your appointments have been cancelled and some short notice as we have been reassessing the diary on a daily basis so again apologies x
My partner is doing his best in regards to cancelling appointments and some people have give him grief which I don't appreciate
This isn't a holiday for me I was rushed in to hospital unexpectedly

So please bare with us and I apologise for any inconvenience x

That I was taken back into hospital yesterday and it was quite a rush
So if you have your dog booked in today or tomorrow obviously the shop is shut

Which means I will be off my feet for a few weeks
I have got another groomer in place for the end of June

Hello everyone ....
We have been having an awful lot of appointments booked and not being attended lately as you can understand this is frustrating to us as we have so many people waiting for appointments and its a big loss for us so from today any customers that dont turn up without letting us know in advance will have to pay 50% deposit towards the next booking to secure the space ...we feel this is the only way we can stay on track and not let other customers waiting down 🐶🐾🐾
