I’ve been grooming Stanley and Bertie for about a year now, they were rescues and nervous of anyone new. I started sitting on the floor doing what they would let me, as they were not ready to go on my table, Bertie was the more nervous one (the lighter colour). Over time I have earnt there trust, to the point they are now jumping on the table. The biggest achievement was on there last groom where Bertie let me do his face, finally the head is now matching the body, he doesn’t like scissors, and clippers are ok on the base of neck but not higher. This is major achievement for Bertie.
How cute do they both look.
