Well done both of you and can’t wait to meet my nephew very soon

Happy New Year to everyone.
Just a quick reflection on a great 2023 for the Stud:-
We had homebreds Heritage Valentino and Heritage Vadel racing under ARO rules. Where we came the second highest owner/breeder for winnings in the 2023 season. Both boys won and were placed so gave us all much pleasure and great excitement to see these two full brothers enjoy their racing so much.
Thanks to James Owen and his team James Owen Racing
Heritage Arrakis had a good season at stud getting all bar one of his mares in foal and he has his first youngster competing under saddle in 2023.
We have seen Ada and Eve step up amazingly in the Eventing careers with Ada ending her season in a Junior GB team friendly against Ireland at Bicton 2*S on Izzietop. In fact their finished their season only having one mistake XC and that was satnav; starting the season off at Novice, going clear in two Intermediates and being in the Eastern Team that came 3rd at the Youth Champs at 2*L.
Ada also has the lovely Up for a Party who is aimed at Novice for 2023 and a lovely young horse of an owners . She is also competing the stud's lovely hombred mare, Heritage Velverteen, in PC/NSEA and Junior events
Eve had a fabulous season on both Laddie (Monroe Lad) and Tubberscanavan Clover competing at PC Champs, NSEA Hickstead Champs and getting her BIG WIN at the NSEA National Champs in the 110cms JwS on LAddie. They also completed the season with a place at the PT at Little Downham, clear at Novice at South of England qualifying for the British Pony Champs for 2023. She also has the ride on the lovely Peter aka Glenamaddy I Love You who is owned by Granny.

We have had a busy period recently with two of our pure bred Arab homebreds, Heritage Valentino and Heritage Vadel, both full brothers (Vadeer ex Heritage Silver Delaney) racing under ARO Rules. We were absolutely thrilled with both of them winning a race each and being placed throughout the season. Heritage Valentino did particularly well improving race on race and completing his season coming 7th top winning ARO Purebred Arabian.
We came 2nd in the ARO Leading UK Breeder Awards and 5th Highest winning owners.
Both Heritage Valentino and H.Vadel were high scorers in the British Breeding Futurity Endurance Awards
HUGE THANKS to ARO for running all the races and getting these races on racedays around the Country

Busy week already on the Stud; a mother and daughter both foaled within two days of each for an owner. Beautiful cousins born, both by EASYJET and both chestnut girls! Lovely strong fillies and both doing very well. So the foaling team have been very busy as has the Mare breeding side at the AI/Mare unit. Two mares have been walked-in to Shadwell Stud for coverings and a further 5 are being prepped for AI. BUSY BUSY

22/04/2021

Mare AI unit is buzzing at the moment. We had three more mares PD in foal to their first coverings/AIs. 8 mares on the go for Walk-ins to Shadwell and AI to competition stallions. Also managing to fit in Paul Brightwell's lovely stallion, Cosford Criminal Affair, who has come for a short visit for collections to send off to Scotland this week.
