Matt and I are the owners and founders of Leads and Love Pet Services x

Matt served 16 years in the Royal military police before we met. I have worked in many jobs from school assistant to a carer, to a chef. Both ended up working together as crew mates on the ambulances. I was part of the high dependency team. Although we loved meeting new people and knowing we have made a difference to people's lives. We knew deep down it wasn't what we wanted to be doing.

Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2019 and being around poorly people wasn't helping me and I have always had a love for animals. I knew life was more than dreading going to work. So we spoke after dropping a patient off and made a decision, a huge and scary one, to cut our contract from full time on the ambulances to part time and gained all our qualifications and come up with a business plan to start Leads and Love Pet Services.

Fast forward 7 months and we have 102 dogs on our books. We get excited for our days, come rain or shine. We are with animals all day everyday and we absolutely love every moment. We have so much fun, we laugh, we get lots of doggy kisses and we just living our best life.

Matt and I have been running over lots of ideas for Leads and Love Pet Services for 2025.

1 of our ideas is...... Socialising your dogs.

Now both with fully kitted out cars with creates and all equipment needed whilst fully insured to transport all dogs.

We would like to start socialising dogs with other dogs.

If you use our service and would like your dogs walked with other dogs, or for your dogs to play with others at the dog field, We would be more than happy to start introducing your dogs safely to others to enjoy walks and adventures in different locations. We have some good matches of dogs we feel would get on very well with other dogs. And we would have lots of fun.

We also have some that we know are quite reactive so would continue to walk alone.

Rather than messaging everyone individually, if you would like your dogs to meet other dogs and explore new locations with new friends, please comment below.

Terms and conditions. All dogs need to be friendly, like the car for travelling. Travelling will not be far. Just means we could take your dogs to other areas, see new places, and socialise with friends ❤️🐶🐕

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and wishing you all a very happy new year.

Leads and Love Pet Services are back to full swing on the 6th January after some well needed time off. 😉

We have spaces available to help you with your fur babies.

With dog walks 30 minute , 45 minute, 60 minute adventures, longer on request

Drop in Services, perfect if you need your dogs let out and some company to break up their day and of course cuddles and kisses 💋

We also do package deals where we can do a drop in in morning and a walk in afternoon, so 2 visits a day. Perfect if you work long shifts or if you want a day out without having to come back to let the dogs out.

Matt and I are fully insured, DBS checked, registered and canine first aid trained. All paperwork can be seen at a meet and greet.

We do a free meet and greet service, where we come and meet you and your dogs. After all dogs are great judges of characters. 😁

We provide all our own leads, treats, towels, grooming kits and paw cleaners and leave you with a doggy report card after every visit. We do picture updates and Love and care for every dog like our own.

Today Matt and I are finishing for a well needed rest and family time.

We just want to say a huge Thank you to all that has used our services and continue to do so.

8 months ago in my previous job on the ambulances, I new that it was not what I wanted to do anymore. My love has always been with animals. I sat on a patient journey in the back of the ambo whilst Matt was driving and told Matt 'I can't do this job anymore' I told him my idea that had been going round my head for ages about starting a business with animals. The response I got from Matt was the best and we got home trained, wrote a business plan, took relevant steps to open Leads and Love Pet Services. Both very scared of a dream so big and whether or not it would work. But if your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough. We decided to go for it.

We started with 1 car and worked together with our first doggies. We soon became so busy we got a second car on the road. We split the diary into two and now have 98 dogs on our books we care for and have so much fun with. With new dogs we are starting with in the new year.

We have also moved house this year after being thrown out our 5 year home due to health and safety issues. Rowan has moved schools and is the happiest boy ever now. Rowan has fallen in love with so many dogs and has helped us with the dogs on every bank Holiday and school Holiday and he laughs all day and has so many kisses from them all.

My health has had its ups and downs along the way. But no matter what I turn up daily because I am living my dream as well as helping my health being with animals all day everyday. It was just meant to be. Even my MS nurse made me cry by saying I am an inspiration to MS suffers and to women. 😭

And I couldn't have done all this without my best friend, business partner and soul mate Matt. He has listened to so many of my crazy ideas and supported me in each one and he wouldn't change what he does now for the world. From serving 16 years in the army to now being out in the countryside with dogs having fun on a daily basis.

We can not thank you all enough for supporting our business, allowing us to be with your fur babies and for all the recommendation.

We are so excited for what's to come in 2025 with dates booked up till June already. We are both training in other areas to expand and grow and bring new skills.

Hi all. As we draw to a close for some well needed rest. We are asking if you know dates or days you need help with your fur babies. We are filling in the diary for 6th of January onwards. Please let us know as we are filling up so fast. All regular dogs are booked in already but if you need other days or time please let us know as the work phone will be turned off most of the Christmas period so we can spend time with Rowan and family.

Due to some people going away before Christmas we have had some cancellations for the next two weeks. We have slots for hour walks on:
Monday 9th - 2.30-3.30pm
Tuesday 10th - 9.15am - 10.15am
Wednesday 11th - 9.30am - 10.30am
Friday 12th x 2 spaces - 10am - 11am and 9.30-10.30am

Monday 16th - 10.30-11.30, 1.15pm-2.15pm, 2.30pm-3.30pm
Wednesday 18th - 9.30-10.30am, 3pm-4pm
Thursday 19th - 11am - 12 pm, 12.30-1.30pm and 2pm - 3pm
Friday 20th - 11am - 12pm, 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Welcome to the leads and Love family Sadie.

Sadie is a Romanian Resuce who is learning the big wide world. I have personally been working with Sadie and her owners last week and this week to build a bond with Sadie so we can help out whilst her owners are working or away. Such a beautiful girl who is growing in confidence each visit. Hoping next week to be able to take her out on a walk on my own to explore the world together. The first day we met Sadie she ran off to another room, in just 3 visits already she is allowing me to walk her with her owners by her side, she is now taking treats from me and allowing me to stroke her. Baby steps but we are getting there and she really is such a sweetie who now has a forever and loving home, which is what she deserves ❤️

From January 2025, we will be adding a late payment fee to the following invoice for payments that are not made. We do not have the time to keep chasing people for payments.

We have other dogs wanting to use our services and you may loss the services we provide to you. Which is not what we want to happen. However we are running a business and a copy of our Terms and Conditions have been provided to everyone on a Meet and Greet.

Where we take your dogs on adventures from your door. We have lots of fun, let your dogs have lots of fun, we supply all our own leads and always return your dogs clean and dried.

🐶 And of course kisses and cuddles

We also do package deals where we can visit more than once, for example a drop in in the morning and a walk in afternoon if your out for the full day.

We find ourselfs in situations again where payments haven't been made. So after long discussions we have new terms and conditions for people who use our services every once in a while and on an adhoc basis.

Before any service is provided from Leads and Love, we will require payment upfront or cash left for when we arrive. This includes dog walks, Drop in Services and dog sits.

All regual dogs we care for will remain the same with invoices being sent out on a Friday weekly.

This week we have experienced, clear blue sky's, cold winds, rain, floods, thick mud, ice and snow. (sound like a weather women 😂🤣) No matter what the weather is we will still be out loving life with all the dogs. All dogs towel dried and cleaned on return home after yucky weather. Today we had Ruby and Jackson whilst their mummy and daddy on long shifts. So we took them on an adventure to the beach and they absolutely loved it. They were so well behaved and had a great time.
