Saxtead Bottom Stables Saxtead Bottom is situated just off the A1120 between Dennington and Saxtead.

In our large outdoor arena we offer private and group lessons for al ages and abilities throughout the year, 5 days a week. Escorted hacks are also available, whether on or off the lead rein depending on rider ability. We are an approved Pony Club centre and theory sessions are run once a fortnight after school as well as our pony days.

This little lady is Boglet.
She is a 13.2 hh ish 3yo Connemara mare.
Since being with us she has shown great enthusiasm lunging, loose jump and has completed a lot of long reining.
We have just begun leaning over.

Moth - been very busy with this little mare. She is now walk, trot and canter under saddle and being introduced to some poles and jumping. We are really pleased with her!! Such a great attitude to work. 🤩

Moth had a busy morning. Lunged with more contact with the side reins plus a saddle with some flappy stirrups. Followed by lots of leaning over while walking around the school. Very good pony! Feet done too!
