‼️ Operation Update ‼️

The hospital have now changed my operation date to this Tuesday (18th February!) instead of the 26th February 🫣🫣

I will be ringing around customers today etc to get everyone moved, I’m so sorry for the mess around 😩

I will be off from the 18th until around the 28th February.

I’m slowly getting through messages & want to say a huge thank you to everyone I’ve had to rearrange for my operation on the 26th February. All your well wishes are much appreciated.

Availability is very very limited up until the start of April now, I am doing my best to squeeze everyone in.

‼️ IMPORTANT UPDATE ‼️

I’ve been notified by the hospital about having my tonsils removed, this has now been scheduled for the 26th February.

Unfortunately this procedure means I have to have approximately 10 days off work for recovery.

I have contacted all affected customers regarding this.

This has now made March extremely full, meaning anyone who wants an appointment I won’t be able to fit you in until April (unless I receive any cancellations).

Sorry for the inconvenience & thank you to all my customers who have been understanding with me rearranging them.

Please can I ask customers to arrive to their appointments on time, if you arrive early please wait in your car & I’ll come out to you as soon as I can.

Unfortunately there has been some confrontation today due to me not being able to come out 15 minutes earlier than an appointment was booked.

Please understand that if your appointment time is booked for 12, please come for 12 and don’t assume I can do your dog earlier unless prearranged.

Understandably I would rather you arrive early than late but I can’t always come out earlier as I could be doing admin (like calling customers/booking appointments/cleaning my room etc) or just having a break between dogs!

What happened today has left me feeling very upset & deflated, I am trying to run a business and it can only run smoothly if people keep to their appointment times.
