Sadly, today one of my lovely clients Geri passed over the rainbow bridge 🌈
Geri’s mum has shared a bit about his life that I would love to share with everyone to celebrate how special of a boy he was!
Geri was an RAF dog at BRIZE Norton. He wasn’t very good at his job and spent a lot of time in the crew room. His hips suffered a lot then as he was a goofy boy that kept spinning in his kennel. His mum believed that a change of lifestyle could slow down the hip damage, and with a lot of support and medication, he could have a few years of family life.
And he did, he spent 6 years with his family and he’s traveled so many wonderful places with them! He became a completely different dog in a home so soft, social, kind, but still just as goofy.
During my visits with Geri he quickly became the biggest softy, the definition of a gentle giant 🥰 everyday he would give the best cuddles and just wanted to be wherever I was. He would always meet me at the door with the biggest full body wiggles and a massive goofy smile.
Geri was truly a one of a kind dog and will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to Geri’s family.
Rest easy you beautiful boy 🌈🐾
