I attended this course as part of my dog walking prep for Waggy Tail Walks and it was brilliant. I had to travel to Taunton so wanted to bring this locally.

A fun and interactive course for dog parents, carers and professionals.
Taught by a qualified veterinary nurse in a relaxed environment with plenty of hands on elements to facilitate different learning styles.

Good advice from The Cinnamon Trust

The weather is getting hotter!

Please don’t walk any dog when the temperatures are soaring.

Walk first thing or later in the day when the weather is often cooler – Please avoid walking any dog at the hottest times of the day

Don’t forget to take water on the walk – for both of you!

If driving with your dog, plan your journey around cooler times of the day and take regular breaks with a bowl of water!.

Hello everyone! We have got some lovely weather coming on Thursday and Friday this week! As always, each year, I monitor the heat and ensure high risk breeds and types are not put under risk to heat stroke. With this in mind, Thursdays walks will take place in the fields where we have access to unlimited water, paddling pools, shade, and long grass (which is cooler than short grass!!) Friday walks - Fields again, and I will only be walking Friday morning, and I will be up earlier. My 7.30am collections will be at 7am, so all clients please expect me at least half an hour early (Bageerah will be on the morning walk Friday Ben! ) thanks everyone! Lots of love Jessie xx
