“We have recently rehomed a staffy and were looking for a groomer so he could have a nice treat! We found Gemma and reached out.
Gemma was quick to respond and was very understanding about our dogs sensitive skin and an appointment was booked!
The shop looked amazing and welcoming! Rodney loved the treats and fuss!

Can you believe this is only Ralphie’s second groom?🤯
Ralphie first came to me around 14 weeks old for a puppy groom and he was so well behaved.
This was meant to be his 2nd puppy groom, however since his coat was getting super long, I decided to take off the bulk with a 6 comb. He was such a good boy that I finished his groom off with some scissoring, he looks so smart and handsome! 😍
It really goes to show that each dog is very different, it’s always recommended to start puppy grooms 2 weeks after their 2nd jabs (around 14 weeks) to get them used to the grooming process early. This ensures a smooth transition to full grooms, as well as a stress free and happy relationship with being groomed 💖

Coco 🎀 This little cutie came in yesterday to have a full groom, however things didn’t go to plan as she is extremely nervous of new people. Coco was so scared she even hid under the bath, after some coaxing and showing her there was nothing to be scared of I managed to get her in the bath and then dried with the dryer on low power. If you could have seen how she was after coming into the salon, compared to the last 2 videos - she was a completely different dog. I will never push a dog to it’s limit, if they are too stressed then they are sent home. Dogs that need grooming their whole lifetime must become comfortable with the process otherwise it will be extremely stressful for them as well as the groomer, that’s why it’s so important to come regularly when they are puppies. Coco ended up having a mini groom and some play time 🩵
