Hi everyone,

I’m extremely sad that I’m having to write this status. I would just like to state that any customer who becomes verbally abusive towards myself or any other member of staff, will not be welcome and this behaviour will not be tolerated whatsoever.

I am a human being and I have emotions. I became a dog groomer from my love for animals, especially dogs. I will never use unsafe methods or put a dog at risk.

“Humanity before vanity” is a motto I will always stand by.

I try my very best to be accommodating for every single customer, all I ask is for respect in return.

I hate having to be negative as I really do have the best clients, so thank you 🙏

Lola had her first 1 hour Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning session yesterday 🦷🪥✨

Lola is a dachshund and only had minimal plaque build up on her canines so I was able to budge that pretty quickly, her molars have a lot more build up so we will be doing a few more sessions to get rid of this. Once all of the plaque is removed, we can move onto maintenance 30 min sessions every 8 weeks to keep on top of her fresh pearly whites 😁

The salon officially opened its doors 4 months ago now (I know crazy right) and in that time I have gained over 100 new clients and now have over 230 on the books! 🤩

This means soon I may not be able to take on new clients, so if you have been thinking about booking your dog in please do so before the books close! 📖

I always advise booking your next appointment so you don’t miss out, most of my customers are regulars and I see them every 6/8 weeks. I’ve now also started to advise booking 2 appointments, including (dare I say it…) Christmas!🎄🙈

There will be some exciting changes coming within the next couple months which means Furry Fades can take on more new clients, so keep your eyes peeled for that 👀

An Autumn/Halloween Spa Package will be coming around 22 September (when Summer sadly ends) 🍁🎃

& of course a Christmas package in late November/December🎄

I cannot wait until I can decorate the salon for the coming seasons!😍 As well as making your doggos look, smell and feel their very best 🩵

I’d like to say a massive thank you to all of my wonderful clients for continuing to support Furry Fades, and to those who have recommended my services. Owning my own salon has been a dream of mine since becoming a dog groomer 5 years ago and it has worked out amazingly, I couldn’t be happier 🥰

Today was his first full groom! He has only ever had 1 puppy groom before but luckily his temperament was great and he allowed me to complete his groom. Super happy with how it turned out! 🥰

When booking an appointment at Furry Fades, you will have a Fresha profile made as this is the booking system we use.

Once an appointment has been made, you will recieve an email/text to say please confirm your appointment with a debit/credit card, this MUST be done within 24 hours or your appointment will be deleted. If you are having trouble with the site, please let us know and a deposit will be taken instead.

Late cancellations and no-shows have a detrimental effect on any small business so please be aware of our policies, Fresha will ask you to agree to these upon booking your appointment.

Parking is available at the salon for drop off & collection only, all clients are given 15-30 minutes for this. Please be careful reversing out onto the main road, otherwise you can find parking bays dotted around Lowesmoor.

Mr Milo 😎🖤

This boy has been coming to me since he was a puppy, he has THE thickest, curliest fur ever! Once it’s been fluff dried it’s a dream to scissor ✂️

Normally Milo has a longer trim, since the warmer weather is coming (or maybe not😅) we decided to take him shorter, this also helps with maintenance. I did leave his legs longer to add some shape! 🩵

This was her first ever groom, being a year old she was nervous as it was all new to her but came around towards the end of the groom. She left looking super smart 🤩
