Redheart Raphaele (aka Raphi) was reserved in utero by Emma due to the bloodline, this meant she was happy for any colour, any pattern and any gender but when Raphi was born the jackpot was won… A beautiful smoky black near leopard filly!

Their relationship grew strong from day one and Emma who is new to the show world has learned so much and has produced Raphi to an incredible level for a novice.

When it came to the British Appaloosa Society National Show this year, we found ourselves horseless, Emma very kindly without hesitation offered us to run Raphi, how honoured were we and what a performance:

Main Reg / Annexe 2- & 3-Year-old fillies – 1st
Main Registered Youngstock – CHAMPION
Main Registered Female – CHAMPION
Supreme In hand – RESERVE SUPREME

One highlight of the Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) UK Nationals is the anticipation to hear the announcement of the member who’s won The Redheart Achievement Award.

The award is for recognition of outstanding commitment / contribution to the Appaloosa Breed and to the Club nominated by the Clubs members.

This year we were absolutely delighted to present the award to Lisa Randle Freelance BHS Accredited Coach 07972 609371.

Lisa follows in the footsteps of Diana Wilson, Janette Keeley and Heather Julian who have all given priceless contribution to the Appaloosa Breed & ApHC UK in so many ways for numerous years!

So many congratulations Lisa, you certainly deserve this monumental award and congratulations on a successful National Show with your beautiful Appaloosa Tamino Warrior taking National Champion Veteran, so wonderful to see you back in the ring ❤

It has been some time since the Stud has shown any yearling fillies, Redheart Royalty (aka Realm) has certainly helped promote the Stud to the best of her ability during her debut season of 2024.

Winning at Royal Windsor, Spotfest and now Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) UK National.

We sadly lost her Dam Caricks Redheart last year, Realm is a future broodmare for Fire.
It’s times like this that give you the strength to continue the journey ❤

Our homebred yearling filly Renne has finished her debut show season on a high, we are very pleased with her progress, a future broodmare for Fire.

The Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) UK Nationals was an emotional event as we brought home the Redhearts FPD Trophy (previously won by Redheart Relentless and Redheart Revelation) – Keeping it in the Family ❤

Our first homebred Reus did us proud at the Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) UK Nationals…

His main achievement was winning the USA Foundation Appaloosa Pedigree Designation (FPD) Halter Class in hand and taking second place in the Ranch Trial, Ranch Rail Pleasure and Ranch Conformation.

He doesn’t have any foals due next year, but we certainly have plans to AI a few mares ❤

Our German import Eagles Fire Illusion (aka Fire) is now four years old and won the Licensed Stallion Class and went Reserve Male Champion at the Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) UK Nationals.

We have collected from him and artificially inseminated three of our mares, 2025 is exciting!

He is developing into a beautiful horse both mentally and physically, we plan to start him next year ❤

So many congratulations to Redheart Revelation owned by Lilly, Revelation took first place in the UK Broodmare Class followed by Reserve Champion and USA Broodmare Class followed by a third in the Foundation Appaloosa Designation Class (FPD) at the Appaloosa Horse Club (ApHC) UK Nationals.

Revelation displayed her broodmare quality run by Nicki whilst Lilly concentrated on showing Revelation’s 2024 foal “SPD Bring To Light aka Nora” by Wisespares Moonbeem.

Nora’s performance was exceptional and a credit to Lilly’s hard work ❤ We are SO PROUD!

We are so proud of Indi (in foal to DFR Patahas Redheart) who made her debut outing of 2024 at the GBPRE Fusion (Part-bred PRE) Show @ Hartpury.

A successful day being placed 2nd in the Foreign Breeds In-hand Class, qualifying for APHS London Counties Horse Show finals, awarded best amateur and topped off the day awarded healthiest body score.

How honoured are we not only to have bred Redheart Replication (aka Robyn) by our very own Reus ❤ but to be asked to run him at his debut outing at British Appaloosa Society Northern National at Bishop Burton EC Yorkshire.

His owner Andrea has produced him to a very high standard, his manners were impeccable, his condition and turnout was exceptional and this resulted in him winning Best Condition followed by winning his Main Register Class.

His performance was just outstanding, congratulations Andrea and THANK YOU so very much for this fantastic opportunity, so proud of YOU ❤

Happy 12th birthday to Reus, the first foal we bred and the start of the UK's Foundation Appaloosa Stud.

Delighted to announce we recently were honoured with a Hall of Fame award for Horse Breeding Specialists of the Year.

What a journey, from the day he was born he’s never let me down, we went for a little walk yesterday and despite having 10mths off he never put a hoof out of place, what an absolute pleasure he is, priceless to have a horse like this ❤

What a weekend, we feel so fulfilled knowing we have made dreams come true…

Eventually (after waiting for Redheart Recognition's (aka Rabbit) testicles to “drop” and recover from his castration) we eventually safely delivered Rabbit to his new mum – Alana.

Up in Worcester and down the ramp in Cornwall, he travelled extremely well (not one hair on his coat had turned), he met his new “mates”, ate, drank and settled at his new home like he’s been there all his life, such a lovely character and very self-secure within himself. JUST PERFECT ❤

Pending a safe pregnancy and delivery we very much look forward to the 5th UK’s Foundation GAP 6 Appaloosa from this combination. A few heartbeats scan in the comments for interest…

The possibility of gender is obviously 50/50 but also 50/50 on coat colour and a pattern coat.

So far Evee & Blu have produced 50% few spots and 50% spotted coat patterns, 50% smoky black and 50% black foals…
We are excited to what they produce in 2025!!!!

The only possibilities can be:
50.00% - Black Appaloosa with pattern-1
EE/aa/LpLp/nPATN1 = 25.0000%
