Im not sure why.. maybe it's a colour thing, but Cass (Pirouette Picasso) has always made a beeline for Peanut (Talog Lady Duchess) whenever she has been at the fence line.

Now they are in together I'm not sure who is annoying the other the most!!

Nothing beats showing your own homebred foals, such a special time for education and memories, made even more special yesterday at The North & Mid Wales Shetland Pony Show by catching up with friends at this lovely show and some gorgeous rosettes and sashes and two super raffle prizes too 😍

Anyone will tell you, I hate selling ponies, which makes it so much more special when people stay in touch 😍.

I love having updates from Hallie and Mo of Mawbray. Seeing them having so much fun together makes my day and i know his breeder, Geoff Watson enjoys seeing them as much as me.

It might have been a while ago,( i forgot to post 🙈), but a super result for Elsonway Lunar Evoque at NPS Summer Championships, so pleased with this little filly.

2 nights away by herself was a bit of a learning curve for her but all good education and she has a heart of gold.

There are two types of coloured pony, and I don't mean broken or solid... I mean those that like to keep themselves clean, like a pedigree cat, taking pride in their sensitive colour. These are called "the God sends'!

Then you have the second type, those that right from birth chose to sleep in the mud, roll in the poo and bathe in their feed.

These are the labradors, the" stable stain brigade', although I can think of many other things that the SS should stand for, and know exactly which one I have here 🙈😩!!!

Straight out of the field and straight into ring at one of the biggest shows there is without missing a beat, 7th/17 so a very near miss on the Royal Welsh rosettes.

The decision now remains to cover or have out under saddle next year as she was backed and ridden away when I first had her.

This boy was a whopper, bigger at birth than Drummer who was nearly 3weeks old when this young man arrived!

The paint fairy didn't stay around for long, but I just love his randomly unusual markings!

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that when the time comes this confident little girl, (yearling, Elsonway Lunar Evoque), will make an amazing pony under saddle.....straight over the new stable mats piled up on the yard without blinking. It was only this, the 3rd time that she actually briefly looked down at what she was actually walking over!

Castellceri Gwen tonight. So pleased with this little mare, she is an absolute delight ❤️

One of the sweetest, easiest girls I have ever known, Castellceri Gwen just happily takes everything in her stride and is proving to naturally be an amazing children's pony from the ground up. Happy on or off the lead, she is now practicing for her first show to do the LR class 🥰😍 Amazing job Lilly & Evie as ever.

I just love this video... practically a full day on the lorry and 3 days in the stable at The Royal Highland...no lunging or warm up of any kind and boy was it loud!!! Not many 6yr olds in their first year under saddle you could expect this of!! 😍

It doesn't get much better than when your week starts with being sent such a super little video of 6yr old homebred, Pirouette Midnight Debut in her new loan home Evie Walker did a handful of LR classes with Cuckoo last year when she was backed, but now, fully broken she went on loan to Evie on Friday and this is their first time together this year and off the lead rein as well. So excited for these two, they look fab, we can't wait to see how they grow together 😍
