It’s a hard job but someone’s got to do it 😜 Part of Vasa’s training program was to teach him how to settle in public places. It’s important to note that not all dogs will be comfortable in environments like this and it’s unfair for us to force it on them. However in Vasa’s case, he was very happy to be out and about, he just needed to understand what his role in the situation was. Simple but consistent training techniques, alongside Place training, and he and his owners can now enjoy a well deserved coffee and cake (or something slightly stronger!) after a long walk.
