Our Story
We started out with Eddie, 🐾 born in December 2016. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect dog! He the calmest, kindest, friendliest little pug ever. Anyway, we got talking to the owner of Eddie’s biological brother Reggie 🐾 and said how we don’t like leaving them both alone. We both started looking after each others dogs during the day- sometimes just keeping them together during the day for some companionship... They loved it!
During this time, we used to look after another dog Coco for a family that was passed onto us by a friend, and again, they got on beautifully and they both loved the company. We also looked after my wife’s family’s pugs from time to time. Unfortunately, they only have 1 now, Maisy, they originally had 4 when my wife was growing up and Eddie reminds her of her ‘Big Boy’ Rory.
Later down the line, Reggie got a playmate at home and we added Bambi to the family, 🐾 born September 2018. Bambi’s a very calm lovely little girl who at first sits back and takes all the dogs in before joining in the play.
We’re fortunate enough to always have someone on hand if we need Eddie and Bambi looked after, however, we would hate the thought of leaving them in Kennels if we were going away, which is why we thought that we would offer our home out to any lovely little dogs that deserve a more homely environment and just need some love, hugs and playtime. That’s why we have started advertising our services. We are only just starting out but have had a fair bit of interest, so please share our story and give people the opportunity to leave their little ones in a family environment instead of kennels.
