Hey all! I've had a few questions about our COVID-19 procedures so I thought it'd be best to clear those up here:
I am ensuring that there is no contact when moving dogs into my facilities. I meet up with customers when they park up whilst being sure to maintain social distancing, then ask them to tie their lead to the fence so I can transfer their dog onto my own lead and take them inside. All equipment is disinfected and cleaned between each dog. Also, appointments can now only be made over the phone and no longer at the premises.
Over the years I have chatted with many of my customers whilst they watched their dog being bathed & groomed, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 this is no longer possible. I will miss our many chats until this situation has been solved and can't wait to start again once it is safe to do so.
