The count down is officially on for the big day🎄

With Christmas being so close I only have a few grooming appointments left,if you would like to get your fur baby groomed in time for Christmas please contact me for dates & more information. My last day at work for the holidays is the 22nd December

🎄Only 5 weeks left until Christmas 🎅 so with that I am now taking advanced bookings. 🎁
If you're wanting your furbaby looking their best for the big man's arrival 🎅 then you can get them booked in now! 🐶
I'll be taking phone numbers and sending reminder texts closer to your appointment 🎄 I know how easy it is to forget so far in advance 😊 and I ask if you change your mind, please let me know as soon as you can 😊 my last day before Christmas is the Monday 23rd December 2024 and I won't be back until Monday 6th January 2025 🗓️

Let’s talk fleas! Nasty little things 😖 and every groomer’s nightmare!
It’s really important that you check your pet for fleas before they go to their grooming appointment. Its quite easy to do and treatments can be purchased from your vet.
When I get a dog with fleas it means I have to cancel all appointments for the next 24 hours, clean and treat all my equipment and bomb my groom room. Total nightmare 😂
I make a £5 charge to cover the costs of this. This doesn’t mean that I have treated your furbabies. I am not allowed to do that. You will still need to get the appropriate treatment.

I have made the decision that from today onwards any booking made for grooms and puppy introductions will need to be secured with a deposit of half the cost. This will be done by lopay via text message. It will be sent at the time of booking at will include your furbabies name so you can be sure it's me. Once paid you will receive a confirmation of booking. I will also be sending reminder texts the day before. Deposits will be non-refundable unless cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
I haven't made this decision lightly but the number of no shows is getting quite high. All deposits will be refunded if I have to cancel for any reason or you will be offered a new appointment time.
I still ask that you arrive on time for your appointment as later than 15 minutes after your appointment time will result in a 'no show'. This is because I work on a one to one basis so need time between grooms to clean up and get ready for the next appointment.
I hope you can all understand. 🐶
