SUCH a fabulous night, last night, where all the TRC family came together to celebrate each other’s successes, raffle wins, dance offs, and chats at the bar. I have to say you all scrub up rather well, lots of you I barely recognised without your equine best friends.
I hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as the committee did celebrating with you especially the special awards winners, (who have no idea they have won until names are called on the night).
I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to Carol Morgan (seating plans and collating menu choices and raffle ticket selling), Liss & Gi, for selling raffle tickets, Joanne Barnes for slide show and setting up on the day, Trudi Wildish, Bracken Parkhouse again for help setting up, and anyone that sourced raffle prizes from our very generous donators, it was very much appreciated. You will be delighted to know that the raffle raised a massive £842, all of which goes back into the club towards our much needed sound equipment replacement.
We are all gearing up now to welcome you back for the 2025 season, but firstly we have the Annual AGM taking place on the24th March, 7.30pm at the Parish Centre, Carlton in Lindrick.
A really important date in the Calendar for members, we NEED you to attend, and give your opinions on the way the club is run, or any new ideas we could possibly implement to make the club even better.
Tea/coffee ☕️ and cake 🍰 will be provided, along with our treasurers infamous equestrian quiz, teams or pairs, just register your intention to come along and your team name. See you there 😊
