This is Nala our beautiful 18 month old girl looking for her furever home.

What can we say about this gorgeous girl, she’s super friendly, waggy and will give you flat ears for the right attention. Her original assessor described her as LUSH and we couldn’t agree more.

Nala loves playing with toys and will share these with anyone who wants to play with her. She also loves to just chill out with her human companions. Laying in the grass, relaxing and soaking up the attention.

Nala does need some training on the lead and is a bit of a puller. With regular exercise and training from a committed new home it shouldn’t take long to overcome this. She loves treats which she takes gently and travels well in the car.

Although not tested yet we feel Nala could potentially live with a nice calm, neutered male companion following successful introductions. As we have no history on Nala, we would be looking for a home with no children or older dog aware children.

Meet the lovely Leo. This handsome 3 year old boy knows how to woo his fans. Everyone that meets him loves him.

Leo is a large boy with a gorgeous big head, smile and personality to match. He is an affectionate boy and loves to meet new friends.

We currently walk Leo on a head collar which he is happy about and means he’s getting used to walking nicely. He travels well in the car and loves his treats which he is happy to sit and wait patiently for before taking gently.

Leo shows a calm nature around other dogs so could potentially live with a nice natured, spayed female companion following successful introductions. As Leo came to us as a stray we are looking for a child free home or one with children over 12yrs who are used to large breed dogs. Leo is not cat tested.

💗Rescue of the Week💗

Takara ❤️ & Odin ❤️

This beautiful mother and son duo came into our care a few weeks ago after their time ran out in the pound.

Takara is 6 years old and is such a sweetheart. She is very friendly and affectionate with everyone she meets.

Odin is 4 years old and again is a friendly boy. He isn’t quite as trusting as his Mum but is happy to be around people and give and receive affection. He is more typical of the breed than she is.

They are a bonded pair and will cry for each other if they aren’t aware of where the other is. We thought seriously about separating them as they had been separate in the pound but they really do belong together. Odin is more reliant on Mum than she is on him. They will need to be the only dogs in the home and no small furries please. They are both strong on the lead and will benefit from being walked on head collars. We think they have had little opportunities for walks and this contributes to their eagerness to explore. Odin is protective around other dogs so any potential adopters will need to have the patience to teach him that these dogs are no threat to him or his Mum.

As we have no history for them they will not be placed with children under 13 years of age.
