☀️Hot weather notice ☀️

We would just like to make a notice for all the worried owners that are in the sunny weather today. Whilst we may be getting all hot and sticky, your pets are in the most comfortable state they can be. Our team are working very hard to make sure all animals in our care are as comfortable as they can be with this glorious heat wave we are currently having. We are slightly shortening your pets walk so they get back to their cool kennels. Here is the difference of what outside is like compared to their kennels. Whilst on their walk every paddock has a pool in for your pooches to have a splash and cool off 🥰 here's some of our doggies showing how it's done.

💞 Special Sunday 💞

This week special Sunday star is sweet oldie Charlie. Charlie has been a regular boarder for quite some time at lindrick. Everytime Charlie comes in you know he's here with his sweet songs that he likes to sing to us. Charlie has 3 legs however that doesn't stop him even in his old age he can still do laps around us and will then toddle back in for his nap 🥰 we all love little man Charlie and can't wait to have him again soon

This week's star for groom room transformations is big boy ceaser and sweet baby borris.
Ceaser is no stranger to grooming however it was his first time coming to lindrick for his pamper and he was exceptionally well behaved and a big superstar for everything. Little man borris has had his second ever groom with me and was such a good boy for everything including his huge deshed, at just 8 months old he was so brave and allowed me to get all the big tufts out. I can't wait to see these 2 handsome boys again 🥰

Bunny and Tom are regular boarders here at Lindrick. They come in regularly to board and they always enjoy it 😊. They are both more of a quiet duo then bouncy and they also like to do their own thing but nonetheless they are amazing and we love them 🥰. We can’t wait to see them again soon!

Bruce and suzie are both crazy labs! Bruce has called over the years, however suzie is just like a puppy, cute and crazy 😂! We love them both equally as much as each other ❤️. They are regular boarders here at Lindrick and we can’t wait to see them again soon 😃❤️.

🐶 Rescue of the Week 🐶

This weeks rescue of the week is Zena! She is desperately looking for her forever home. She came into SCAR’s care from a local pound when her owners failed to claim her after she was found straying. 😢

She’s a really sweet girl who is happy for a fuss and loves treats 🦴. She pulls a little on her lead at first but nothing too much and soon settles to a steady pace. ☺️

Zena is a little timid and can be nervous of strange noises including loud traffic like lorries. She is friendly with other dogs so could live with a gentle mannered neutered male dog after a successful introduction. She could live with children aged 12 years and over.

😛 Tongues out Tuesday 😛

Hopal recently boarded here at Lindrick and she had a pawsome time! Hopal enjoyed having lots of cuddles with our staff 🥰. Hopal enjoyed posing infront of the camera for a treat or two and of course taking pawfect photos for her family to see. We can’t wait to see Hopal again soon! 😊🩷

✨ Marvellous Mondays ✨

Our candidate for marvellous Mondays this week is bear. Big fluffy bear, recently boarded here at Lindrick and we absolutely loved having him here 🥰. Bear has some special needs which requires him to be walked solely alone as he can become reactive towards other dogs. This wasn’t a problem and just gave our staff the chance to get all the cuddles in from this giant baby. He was such a pleasure to have and we hope to see him again soon ☺️

🤩 Silly Sunday 🤩

Hunter and Lola recently came into the kennels for their holidays! Hunter and Lola are both crazy and excited when they come to the kennels 🥰. They both look forward to coming to the kennels a lot! When they are in the paddock, Lola is constantly running around, Playing with the toys which are provided in the paddocks or just playing with her brother. Hunter, he is more calm now he has gotten older, however he also loves a good run about in the paddock too and enjoys playing with his sister 🥰🥰! We can’t wait Two again soon! 😃🩷🩵

Sweet boy gunner visited the lindrick groom room for his regular pamper. This boy is always such a pleasure to have in and is so sweet for the entire process. He had the full works which included a bubble bath, deep condition and full shave. He does know how to pose for the camera.
